This has to be the worst location ever, here I thought I would give them a second chance and do dinner there but nope customer service still rude. Today I placed a curb side order as you call and it says push button two for curbside with Katt, so then when the lady picks up and takes the order, she placed it for carry out so I told her I placed a curbside order, Katt was her name I don’t know if it was short for something else, but she said for curbside we only take card so then I told her well I have the exact cash she said yeah well you would have to come in I go but I placed a curbside order she goes yeah I’m sorry we don’t do that. Curbside is only through a card transaction. So I said OK then I’m sorry just cancel my order then please. I thought about giving this location a second chance but nope, customer service there is still horrible. The last time I placed the order at this location. They did not want to take an curb side order after 6:30 PM and it was slow there. So then I have to drive too 2 to 3 cities over for the next Bob Evans to get my order corrected and through curbside. I also spoke to the manager there and they said that’s weird. They should be taking cash for curbside as well so I ask her are all the Bob Evans owned by the same owner you know being that they’re so close by each other she said they have the same district manager so I would like to have a district manager reach out to me if possible. It seems to me that the Bob Evans in Woodhaven Michigan likes to make up their own rules when servicing guest for curbside orders and carry outs. From my understanding, cash’s king so who would not want to take cash, especially if you’re leaving a cash tip.

Take out orders are never right! How can you forget gravy on the mashed potatoes when I asked for two of the same dinners (turkey) and you remembered to put it on one of them! Seriously ridiculous. Not driving all the way back. Oh but they want you to tip for take out. No way.

Double Cheese Roast beef sandwich and Cranberry Pecan chicken salad was delicious. The beef was tender and moist, and the salad fresh.The server was friendly, informative and efficient. Really enjoyed and I will be back!

Ordered a carry out for a sick friend. I got a variety of food items. She hasn't stopped talking about how good it was. The service was great fast and friendly.

They packaged my WF Chicken salad on top of hot food in a closed bag for take out. I noticed when I got home. It was soggy and they did not include my dressing. Also missing a side of chicken and noodles. The reciept was highlighted as if they were checking what went in the bag, so I didn't check before I left from picking it up.. Called to get corrected, received lame excuses and apology. I got there. They gave me the noodle dish and my remade salad with dressing, but now missing the chicken. The cook hadn't put it on there yet and again the counter worker didn't check to make sure it was right. Interacted with the same person both times in person and on the phone. They were nice, but seemed like they weren't all there, maybe new. It was slow there too.

Restaurant is so dirty. I won't be back. The floors under the tables and old food just piled up under every table and the dishes were not cleaned properly.

We order Bob Evans to go quite often but the last 2 times we have ordered breakfast they have skipped on our hashbrowns and gave us very over done eggs. I paid $13 for this breakfast and it's garbage. I can pay less money somewhere else for the same meal and have it done right. You guys used to be excellent but lately just like everything else, the quality and quantity have taken a nose dive. We won't be back again unfortunately. I'm not spending my hard earned money on garbage.
