My parents and I came into Bob Evans yesterday (Thanksgiving) for dinner. The place was busy. We were greeted with a friendly smile from the hostess. We were seated within a couple mins. Our waitress (forgot her name) went above and beyond. She had our table and 5 other tables. She was attentive, always smiled; was a pleasure to interact with. I saw the managers/supervisors (3 or 4 of them) all pitching in to help and not just stand around, barking orders, like at some establishments. I looked up a few times and I saw the waitresses laughing and joking. That was great to see on a holiday; they didnt seem stressed. It was definitely a great holiday. Will definitely be back! Keep up the great work, Bob Evans.

If you know this place you know what you're going to get. Clean and friendly staff. Did my special order correctly. New menu since the last time I was in. I got the turkey, dressing and mashed. Nice and quite.

tried ordering DoorDash for a whole hour at this location they really need to fix there doordash thanks lot really wanted to eat out now I can’t now I have nothing wasn’t hungry anyway just wanted have a freaking pastry delivered but forget it just lost money tonight and a tip guess someone will eat but I won’t now bob Evans won’t get the tip was going to give them might was going to give them a big tip but they offended me by not wanting my money plus tip

Fantastic value, service and quality for large Breakfast catering order. Food was hot and well package and delivered to my vehicle curbside. Excellent service - highly recommended for your Breakfast catering needs.

I got here monthly for my men's breakfast with my church. Connie is a great server we have her every time. Food is good, cooked proper and yummy.

Not the best Bob Evans I've been too. Our server was very pleasant and in no way was the poor rating reflect him. However the food was overcooked and took a long time to get to our table. Then one meal was missing bacon, which took so long to get. All the other dinners were done eating before the missing bacon was brought to our table and then their bacon burger was cold by the time they ate it. No one even offered to reheat the burger. So because of the cook the restaurant does not match what you would expect from a Bob Evans. Usually we love these restaurants. But not this time very disappointing when you pay money and expect better food. Also bathroom was disgustingly dirty.

We had a very negative experience with this location and the manager currently on duty. I ordered through Bob Evans app for delivery. The dasher assigned to the order delivered the wrong food. I contacted the restaurant and was told that I had to deal with DoorDash. I cannot get with DoorDash because it was done through Bob Evans app. When I called a second time to explain I cannot dispute with door dash as it’s through their app. The employee got the manager. By the way, that’s the same person that told me to contact Door dash. The manager came on the phone and said “unfortunately if you cant understand Door Dash app we can’t help you.” Which is extremely rude! I am not incompetent! I corrected her, telling her it was ordered through Bob Evans app and YOU assigned the dasher. She proceeded to tell me that she would cancel the order and I would have to re-order everything! Are you kidding me. Just re-make my food and send it. You are the ones who messed up! We order here several times a month, and have purchased many of their holiday meals for home. This is not ok! They should not be treating their customers like this. I understand it’s busy at this time on a Sunday. I have worked in a restaurant. Still this is not ok. Do better, idk if we will be back. I’m certainly not going through the trouble of re-ordering now.
