We had a very negative experience with this location and the manager currently on duty. I ordered through Bob Evans app for delivery. The dasher assigned to the order delivered the wrong food. I contacted the restaurant and was told that I had to deal with DoorDash. I cannot get with DoorDash because it was done through Bob Evans app. When I called a second time to explain I cannot dispute with door dash as it’s through their app. The employee got the manager. By the way, that’s the same person that told me to contact Door dash. The manager came on the phone and said “unfortunately if you cant understand Door Dash app we can’t help you.” Which is extremely rude! I am not incompetent! I corrected her, telling her it was ordered through Bob Evans app and YOU assigned the dasher. She proceeded to tell me that she would cancel the order and I would have to re-order everything! Are you kidding me. Just re-make my food and send it. You are the ones who messed up! We order here several times a month, and have purchased many of their holiday meals for home. This is not ok! They should not be treating their customers like this. I understand it’s busy at this time on a Sunday. I have worked in a restaurant. Still this is not ok. Do better, idk if we will be back. I’m certainly not going through the trouble of re-ordering now.

I would give it a zero if possible. Service was awful, food was disgusting. I got my food and my husband did not get his. He cancelled his order and I left my food because the bacon was like it had cooked all day, I ordered no onions on my sandwich which it had a lot on the sandwich. The salad looked old and the dressing had a hard crust on top in the container. My husband ordered coffee which was cold. I don’t know how this franchise stays in business. We hadn’t been there in several months because of the service. We thought we would give it another try, but to our avail. We will never return. Called for the manager and insisted not to be charged. Also, waited 35 minutes for food.

This restaurant is really very nice. The Staff is Always attentive and pleasant. The food is extremely delicious, imo. Most times, I have not had to wait to be seated. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone. I hope that this helps.

My wife and I waited over 15 minutes and were never acknowledged. They had plenty of staff and didn’t even have tables cleaned off. We left and took are business elsewhere.find new staff.
