I’ll never go here again, the first time I went was on Halloween and I just went again yesterday, both with my daughter. I’m a waitress, so I expect a certain standard I guess but I had the same waitress both times and she is just awful. Extremely rude to me and my 3 year old, talks to you like you’re stupid and it took about 10 minutes to get our drinks. Super unpleasant experience, go somewhere else for sure.

Tried to visit on 2/25/24. Not really sure what was going on here! My boyfriend and I stood there for 12 minutes and none of the staff so much as said hello to us. There was no "please seat yourself" sign or anything, otherwise we would've. I don't know if a host called in or what, but there were at least two waitresses and 3 other front of house staff that I saw. I write this review seated in the Taylor location 10 minutes north of here, they seated us within two minutes and there were much fewer visible employees. Never had that happen at a restaurant before, don't know if it was a fluke or not. I'm more than willing to wait for a table, provided there's at least an acknowledgement I exist and a wait time is given. The phone rung while we were waiting and an employee immediately went to answer that, but nobody interacted with us. Befuddled.

Great server named luna seemed like a nice young girl and was trying her hardest and her manager kept pushing her limits and eventually made her start to cry. i believe her name was kat and she should be terminated immediately for how she treats her employees. she was rude and disrespectful and i was in awe of how she acted.

Food was good but wait time was way too long. Most of the tables were empty. No sure what was happening. Several people left because of the wait.
Guaranteed good meal. No matter what state you are in, you can never go wrong here. The manager was leaving for the night, saw us waiting. Placed his stuff down and seated us before he left. That's dedication

Took over 5 minutes to be seated and they weren't that busy, then we had to wait for our waitress to come to the table they had 1 person waiting on about 5 tables with 3 or 4 people standing behind counter, then the food wasn't good we both got sick afterwards, needs to be redone.

Bob Evans was always a go to restaurant. Not any more. I will NEVER go back again. My mom and I both ordered omelets and a fruit plate. My mom's fruit plate had old, bad melon & grapes. On the plate underneath my grapes was dirty water which leads me to believe the fruit wasn't washed properly which could lead to sickness. I had a dirty spoon . The omelettes were bland and tasteless. While we were eating, there was a gentleman there that had ordered a take out that wasn't up to his standards & he was waiting for an hour to get taken care of. He asked to see the manager and was told the manager was busy cooking. All the guy wanted was to get his money back. It wasn't until the guy raised his voice and started yelling that the manager finally came out and took care of the problem. It never should have gotten to that point. The only good thing about our experience was the waitress who provided adequate service. This place has certainly gone down hill and has proved to be a huge disappointment. Based on the other reviews posted, I'm not the only one who thinks this. I would not recommend this place to anyone. What a let down!!
