What a great Buffalo Wild Wings.. it isn’t freezing in this location like at most.. the food is fantastic, and the employees are very nice… tv’s are everywhere with seating for plain view everywhere

So Im making this review as one star under “service” because the online website is ridiculous. Took me 20 mins to figure out exactly what we wanted, and then when I went to pay it said “sorry online ordering is temporarily unavailable at this location”.
So what was $25 is now $38 because they for some reason cannot honor their online bundle deal anywhere else other than online. I could care less about the money, its the time. Fix your website and stop wasting peoples time!!!!
So they wasted 20+ minutes of my time which to me is worth one dollar per minute. Wont order here again until I am reimbursed $20 for my wasted time.
And look at the comment 2-3 comments below mine…someone else said the same exact thing as me TWO MONTHS AGO and then BDUBS acknowledged what they said and didn't do a damn thing about it. What they are doing is ripping people off on purpose. Not a good look.

Food is always good. But when they refuse to honor online prices when the website doesn't work, and they are aware, is ridiculous!! Had to pay 10+ dollars extra because of this! Apparently the GM is aware of all of this and does not approve honoring it. Insanely unacceptable! Sounds like a terrible GM to me. Will not be ordering again.

Most of the staff is awesome, but their manager with the dark brown long hair, who has been there for a while is literally the worst person I’ve ever met.

My fiance, Son and I came here for supper and the food wasn't good at all. The boneless chicken wings were extremely Hard. The waitress wasn't much attentive.
Sat at the bar for a late lunch had great service watched the tigers play like crap lol but my Nashville hot chicken sand was great if you like spicy. Server she is there most times I stop in and handles her business like a pro.

It’s Buffalo Wild Wings. If you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all. Although, I will say that the waitstaff at this location is setting a new standard for how great a server can be. Every time I come here, the servers are fast and take great care of me.
