Every single time I come here my order is wrong I tell the works something specific go to pick it up and it is wrong every single time no point in order anything specific because they simple wont do it.

Came here recently for lunch and had Alicia as the server, she was very rude, and non-attentive.She was too busy, talking to regulars and drinking an iced coffee while our drinks stayed empty. The drinks were pretty much empty. When she brought the food she did not offer refills just dropped off the food with an attitude and walked away.When ordering we asked her opinion on a new sauce and all she said “uhh I don’t eat that stuff”.After the food came, one of the flavors of wings had no sauce on it, and when asked for a sauce to dip the wings, and she acted like it was a huge inconvenience to her.She never once asked how everything was, and in the just over a hour we were there she checked on us once, and it was only to bring a drink refill after our drinks had stayed up to you for around 15 minutes.We asked for boxes for the room, Indian food, and she did not bring the bill for 15 to 20 minutes later she threw it on the table and walked away.This was probably one of the worst server experiences that we have experienced in a very long time.Besides the horrible service, the food was decent, except for the carrots and celery were old and mushy, most of the wings were over cooked, under sauce, or mostly breading.One of the reasons why chains are horrible to support, and I do so very little.

I would leave zero stars but I don't think that's possible, I arrived 5 minutes before the time my order was supposed to be ready and I sat there for a half hour like numerous other people and when I got my food it was cold. Pretty sure my food was sitting in those little box things the whole time but whatever. So I took it back in and said I wanted a refund and the manager was rude, I wasn't angry or anything I'm too tired from working all day to be angry. They said they couldn't process my return tonight and it would be returned tomorrow, I suspect the lady was lying so I now have to call in the morning and make sure I get my money back. I would have paid in cash but that's not an option when you order online. Now I have to stop at Taco Bell because it's the only thing open right now. Thank you Buffalo wild wings. The place was pretty empty by the way. Oh my goodness Taco Bell just put so much cheese on my taco I had to actually remove some. Thank you Taco Bell for making up for Buffalo wild wings shortcoming. I should have tipped Taco Bell instead of Buffalo wild wings

Enjoyable dining experience with the family. Great atmosphere, good service and about the what you would expect for food. Obviously, an amazing selection of wings and sauces, whether you need to scald your taste buds or add a bit of sweet to your palate. I found their hamburgers about on par with other trendy themed establishments - nothing that sets them apart, but still worth a return trip. A bit pricey if you’re bringing the family, so come prepared.

Has anyone else ever noticed how inaccurate the online estimated wait times are for pick up orders? I’m not sure if I’m the only one but every time I place an order online to pick up it’s never ready at the time they say it will be ready. Kinda frustrating but I guess you can’t really be mad at any of the workers, I’m sure they’re trying their best. Especially when it’s very busy. I personally think they need to update whatever service they use for takeout orders though.

Real quick lunch today with coworkers on a time frame. The waitress was attentive and the food came out rather quick.The food here has been up and down lately but it didn't seem off the mark today.
