Worst customer service ever purchase a salad not the first time this has happened pay for extra topping. When they didn't add the toppings.they say I didn't request it. I show them the receipt . That clearly shows the request and payment. So they Make up another reason on why it's correct and still wanted me to come out of more money. Manager that came to the car was very rude/ condescending. First rule of customer service is never to address a customer as hun or sweetie.

Not sure what happened today, usually it’s great service but when i ordered my food i also wanted to just use a free sandwich reward and not the money on my chick fil a app and they ended up charging me on the app, and my coke tasted disgusting, the syrup must have been out because it tasted terrible…

Nico who was running the front was absolutely so amazing I can’t recommend a better staff member. He was so sweet and kind, great attitude, just over all amazing. Asked how my day was, even took over a transaction for someone who spoke Spanish. Such a great guy.

Frequent visitor to this location, never had any issues. Today I went through the drive through, and got my food. As I'm driving away I see an employee running across the grass waving a chicken sandwich in the air. Turns out they put the wrong food in my bag, but luckily employee Ben decided to run after me to make sure I got my chicken sandwich. After working all day and driving an hour home that meant a lot to a hungry guy like me. Sometimes that spicy chicken sandwich makes or breaks the rest of my evening. Hope he gets the recognition he deserves; thanks Ben! - Johan

The service was awesome and they made sure everything was correct. We ordered a spicy chicken sandwich combo with 2 additional spicy chicken sandwich and a large Sunjoy Tea. It was perfectly delicious. Very friendly and fast service.
