I travel & eat chipotle regularly at many different locations. This location is consistently the only that I always out of food, very lethargic employees, and a the tables are rarely clean. Thumbs down overall for this location

Sunday 12-18-25 8 pm….It took way too long to order. The employee making the each person food with very blatant attitude towards everyone was complaining about having to be there. He was rude to everyone ordering and taking his sweet time. The entire place was filthy from the kitchen to the front door. Every seating area was filthy. Trash cans were overflowing and the food in the bins looked disgusting. The employees were wiping the counters where they prepared food with a disgusting rag contaminating the food. Plus got a bonus hair in the bowl ordered. Seriously burn it down and start again. Gross!

Just got takeout today. The carne asada steak was very fatty with a lot of connective tissue. No flavor either. I tried my wife’s chicken. It was burned. Must be a new cook who needs more practice.

The rice wasn't not cook through still hard. They should stop rushing with ppl food order. We spend a lot of our money to home and the food isn't properly prepared.

Got the Carne Asada in a bowl, got about 7 strips of steak even though I ordered double protein. Everything else was fine, but portion size was horrible for a 20 dollar bowl.

This Chipotle has been the most inconsistent Chipotle I have ever had. Every time I go here, something new is wrong. Even if they fix what was wrong the last time, something is always off. They cheap you out of your protein every time, they JUST RECENTLY, started keeping up with having their vinaigrette. When they have it, it is hit or miss if it was even made correctly. Overall, the ONLY thing I like about this location is that it isn't far from my house. However, I will not be going back to this one, as it is worth the extra drive, in my opinion, to go to a different one.

I think other places have far better Mexican food, but I wanted somthing quick. After putting my order in ahead of time for a pickup at not at a particularly busy time of day I came in, at my pick up time, and waited. Watched as people came in and picked up after me as well as walk in orders walk in and out before me. After waiting 5 minutes I talked to staff and waited some more. I overheard they overlooked and forgot to put my order in. After 15 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready I received it no apology, but whatever. My problem is it shouldn’t have been that way. They have about 3 times the staff as I do in my department at a lever 2 trauma hospital. I think they have big heads as a franchise and McDonald’s has better service. I do not recommend this location.

As I’m waiting in line to make my order the employees are gossiping and making fun of a fellow employee who was sitting outside on his break. They also were skimpy on servings even after asking for double chicken. Worst chipotle I’ve been to!

I’ve never seen a location so dirty in the lobby, there literally was not one clean table to sit at. Napkins, utensils and food everywhere while the workers can be heard joking that lobby better be clean when someone from corporate visits soon.

7’peope working and only one working the line. Peope backed up past door entire time. Cashier standing there m, one guy slowly stocking cooler , one cook, 2 in back. One carry out and one just waking around doing nothing. 20 min wait. Guy working the line is the slowest guy ever at chipotle. He isn’t new. Seen him 2 months ago. Then I had to wait for steak. Didn’t offer a break in pay for waiting. Then I got chips and had less than 10 chops and they said normal. Needless to say I am calling corporate. This place sucks. Don’t go here

White dude 40ish with beefy little eyes and glasses wouldnt even fill the bowl, i understand being out of lettuce, but bro could have filled the bowl like every other time, he barely gave me protein and rice .. absolute worst

After waiting in line for 30 minutes while I watched the girl at the register goof off the entire time, the guy who seemed like it was his first day putting food together, and the prep cook, staring at the line 40 feet long, I finally got up to the window to order and the guy didn’t listen to anything I was telling him to put in my bowl. I was sick of waiting so I didn’t want him to start over on my bowl. I guess it’s whatever I get is what I get. Poorly managed store will not be coming to this location ever again. No apology for the wait. Unacceptable customer service.
