Man it’s so disappointing when you get home and something isn’t right with your order. I always get quac on the side and this is the 3rd or 4th time the quac was inedible from this location. I’m fine to scrape a little brown off the top but this is foul all the way through. Everything else was good though and staff friendly today

Food is absolutely delicious, tastes amazing, unfortunately the customer experience is not. The people who work here are clearly miserable with their job, every single table is filthy, always at all times lunch or dinner, nobody knows how to use a rag and sanitizer. Bathrooms always have overflowing trash on floors and you always have to ask for things that should be stocked at the drink/condiment station . Food is so good I just worry that the back of the restaurant is as dirty as the front ...

They close early so often I’m convinced they don’t open. If you’re going to close early so many times a week just change your hours.
Update: Haven’t had any issues in a while. Usually my go to Chipotle.

I got food poisoning/stomach virus 8/9/25. I went at night so I’m not sure if they stopped paying attention and cross contaminated the food but this is disappointing and I won’t be back to this location

Just horrible if I could give a 0 star I would . Second time in a month that we tried to eat there, but had to throw away the chips because they were so stale. The food had absolutely no flavor. This place is horrible save your money and go somewhere else.

Staff is friendly! No issues with them, I dont expect much from them I just want my food to be a better portion. I went to Chipotle for the first time in 5 years the other day. The portion overall was great. I got a burrito bowl and didnt expect to come back again but it was just so great the first time that I had to come back! Second time they were stingy with the portion, i pushed the food to the side of the bowl to see how much I had and it only covered HALF the bowl…. What in the world? Food tastes yummy, staff seemed friendly, but the portion was so stingy. I know Chipotle is known to be greedy with their portions, sucks to see they never changed. Chipotle as a company is stingy I wouldnt even blame the staff, theyre just trying to keep their jobs. But how rude for Chipotle to have such stingy policies and hide behind their poor employees who have to deal with frustrated customers on the daily about it. Not to mention, I waited in line for a long time, which trust me, I dont care about waiting, but to wait that long just to be ripped off is not great… Im no longer supporting Chipotle entirely, it doesn't matter what location you go to, you will be ripped off just because its Chipotle, notoriously known for being stingy!

The food was on the like warm side. That's not the problem though. It was the lack of friendliness to me. I had 3 people touch my burrito bowl. Nobody smiled. I was so turned off that I didn't spend what I planned to spend.

I haven't even tried the food yet, so I'm giving this one-star review based purely on the customer service. When I walked in to place my order, the staff seemed really stressed and overwhelmed, and unfortunately, they came off as quite rude. It felt like serving customers was a hassle for them.
I understand that everyone has tough days, but if you’re feeling underpaid or overworked, it shouldn't affect how you treat customers. When I asked for a bit more of something, they acted really stingy, like I was bothering them for just wanting what I was paying for. This kind of service is really disappointing.
