Man it’s so disappointing when you get home and something isn’t right with your order. I always get quac on the side and this is the 3rd or 4th time the quac was inedible from this location. I’m fine to scrape a little brown off the top but this is foul all the way through. Everything else was good though and staff friendly today

Food is absolutely delicious, tastes amazing, unfortunately the customer experience is not. The people who work here are clearly miserable with their job, every single table is filthy, always at all times lunch or dinner, nobody knows how to use a rag and sanitizer. Bathrooms always have overflowing trash on floors and you always have to ask for things that should be stocked at the drink/condiment station . Food is so good I just worry that the back of the restaurant is as dirty...

They close early so often I’m convinced they don’t open. If you’re going to close early so many times a week just change your hours.

Update: Haven’t had any issues in a while. Usually my go to Chipotle.
