I ordered online and payed for ice cream and came through the drive thru and told them I had a pick up and the man kept saying “we don’t have any orders” and “we don’t have any more ice cream”. I had the evidence of my order on my phone but they were still refusing to do anything about it.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ Donuts location. I stood patiently in the lobby for about five minutes with no acknowledgment. I even stepped away to use the restroom, came back, and continued to wait…still, no one said a word to me. I tried to say “excuse me” to get someone’s attention, but I was completely ignored.
I understand that things can get busy, and I was more than willing to wait. However, a simple “I’ll be right with you” goes a long way in customer service. What’s frustrating is that I was the only person in the lobby, and yet no one even made eye contact or acknowledged I was standing there. After nearly 10 minutes of being disregarded, I decided to leave.
If a business can’t offer the basic courtesy of a greeting or acknowledgment, it’s not a place I feel comfortable spending my money. This was incredibly rude and disappointing.

Come here all the time and usually don’t have any issues but when I went today 5/6/25 I ordered the bacon (order it all the time no issue) and there was SEVERAL pieces of white hairs allll throughout the baggie stuck in the pieces of bacon, very unsanitary and makes me wonder what else is going on in the kitchen 🤢

The guy who was working was abrasive. I asked for my bagel toasted. He microwaved it and ruined it. I was scared to return it cause he would probably do worse to it if I complained. Made me very uncomfortable about their food/drinks. Super sketchy!!

Always order on DoorDash order always wrong spending $22 for donuts you can't even get right? Then hot chocolate taste like crap nah I'm finding a different Dunkin' Donuts nearby except from this horrible place. Also never answers phone calls

This location has gone down the drain since new owners took over coffee are horrible an the service is so bad go to Sibley location so much better an they know how to make coffee without being stingy ,watered down drinks

Very slow drive thru service.. anytime there's more than two cars.. they need to hire more help, no one has time to sit in a drive thru for 15 minutes for a coffee..

i literally just ordered a turkey sausage, eggs and cheese and a side of hash browns and let me tell it was THE nastiest sandwich and hash browns EVER!!!…the hash browns weren’t even crispy and the sandwich just tasted like crap!!..never going back to a dunkin ever again!!..complete waste of money

Was inside no one spoke for 2 mins then place my order for maple bacon snack and she gave me regular bacon took her 5 mins to do that and it was right in her face she wasn’t paying attention and now I got the wrong order which was a small order with drink and donut do better employees came here at 7am on a Wednesday oh look at this I came back today at 11/7 and then again I spoke and said they messed up on my maple bacon and gave me regular bacon I checked it said it wasn’t maple she stated it was got to work took a bit it’s Regular please teach the employees how to cook and know what their cooking and to give customers what they asked for the one on sibley and rancho is way better then the lazy people they have on west rd and Allen rd
