Ms. Courtney was so nice and helpful. She really helped with making some great food choices for my son and I. She made amazing recommendations, checked on us regularly and made the experience great. The food is absolutely amazing l! Fresh and so flavorful. We got so much food for 100$ and still had some left over . The place was clean and very welcoming. Will definitely return!

This is NOT a hibachi grill like Benni Hanna or Koi. It is a restaurant, you sit, order, eat and leave, no show with dinner. That said the food is ok. Very highly priced for what you get. Worth a one and done.

Eve’s Sushi & Hibachi in Woodhaven is an absolute gem. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was excellent from start to finish. We even had the chance to meet the owner—she’s clearly hands-on and truly cares about quality and customer experience.
The restaurant was very clean and well presented, and the seating was surprisingly comfortable (which is rare these days). We ordered the filet mignon dinner, paired with two different sushi sides, and everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The sushi was really good—fresh, flavorful, and well balanced.
We drove 25 minutes to try this place for the first time, and it absolutely exceeded our expectations. Easily a 5-star experience. We’ll definitely be back. We also grabbed a dessert to go—the tempura cheesecake. We haven’t tried it yet, but we’ll be updating with a picture and review soon.
Only regret is we ate the food before taking pictures because it looked and smelled too good 😆 — but we’ll definitely take photos next time. Highly recommend! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
