Firehouse Subs West Rd at Allen

I have went to this firehouse a total of six times in every single time I go here they always mess up something. One of the times they didn’t even give me my full amount of change back shorted me out of five dollars. I call about it. They put a free combo into the system Today I go and get my free combo and I’m allergic to mayo. I told them no mayo they put mayo on it still and I told them on wheat bread and they put it on white bread. This is been now the seventh time that I’ve went there and they’ve messed up my order. This firehouse sub is not the place to go. The one in Monroe that used to be opened was a very good place never messed up an order, never had a problem there, but sadly they closed down so now this is the only firehouse near me which I will no longer be going to no more.

I have lived on this earth almost 26 years on the 29th, Idk why I have never been recommended or told about this place. Got a meatball sub pizza style & Italian sub both were so delicious & fresh. Will be going here for my 26th I believe haha

Subs are not toasted, more like microwaved and the meat portions are lacking for the price. 4.29 for a cup of chili that was room temp and just over 1/2 full. Maybe 5 spoonfulls. Better options out there.

If I could give you a 0 I would. My son ordered his food on line and paid for and when he went to pick it up your store was closed and he was charged for it. He contacted your we site and they said they would take care of it and it was not refunded..needless to say he will be calling his credit card company in regards to this. What a way to run a business. I will not recommend Furehouse Subs to anyone!
