Called restaurant asking for assistance with using a gift card on either app or online and was told staff was “not sure” even more disappointed neither allow paying with gift card.

Ordered a sub thru door dash . Didn’t put any dressing on it . Scant piece of cheese . I will never waste my $$ again. Snd did I mention no chips ?

How you selling thanksgiving turkey sandwich without the gravy??? Do better!

I have went to this firehouse a total of six times in every single time I go here they always mess up something. One of the times they didn’t even give me my full amount of change back shorted me out of five dollars. I call about it. They put a free combo into the system Today I go and get my free combo and I’m allergic to mayo. I told them no mayo they put mayo on it still and I told them on wheat bread and they put it on white bread. This is been now the seventh time that I’ve went there and they’ve messed up my order. This firehouse sub is not the place to go. The one in Monroe that used to be opened was a very good place never messed up an order, never had a problem there, but sadly they closed down so now this is the only firehouse near me which I will no longer be going to no more.
