Ordered Hook and Ladder salad and grilled italian chick salad..both day they have mozzarella cheese...NO CHEESE ON EITHER ONE$9 a salad that would have been great...tried to call the store repeatedly NO ANSWER!!

I went here for lunch. When I walked in I realized that I never see any of my U.A.W sister/ brothers here. I see why. They are very slow & In my opinion do not care about their customers. I asked if I could bulid my sandwich. I was told yes.I asked for ranch on the side. You can see I didn't add mayonnaise but my sandwich had mayo. I called & ask is this mayo & was told yes. I was told, "we can make it over". I say, "ma'am my lunch is over. I take the sandwich back AFTER work. Why is the manager telling me I was rude & disrespectful because the lady said I scared her when I raised my voice in saying ma'am OVER the phone & ask to see the sandwich. I told the manager that's not disrespectful or rude. I never cussed or threatened anyone. Ihave a egg allergy & they can have the sandwich. I never received apology. I was treated like I was trying to get something free. I paid & gave a tip. The manager was rude to me. Never mind that I have a allergy never mind that I didn't get lunch.Never will I support this store. Throw the whole store away.

We placed an order online because we were in a bit of a hurry. We waited an extra five minutes past the pickup time to even go inside and when we got the the counter our order had not even been started, despite it being very slow. They also informed us that they didn’t have the soup I ordered, which was fine and I swapped it for something else. It took us an additional 30 minutes to get out two sandwiches, and they forgot our drink. Fine whatever. No big deal. I sit down, bite into my sandwich, and I swear the girl didn’t even read the ticket. They offered to remake it but by the time they did, which took an additional 15 minutes, my spouses food and the rest of my meal was cold. A waste!The amount of time it took me to receive a preordered and prepaid sandwich is asinine.

We waited for 50 minutes for half a sandwich and a salad. It came in a dirty greasy bag and a box. The sandwich was bad the meat was not fresh, and the cheese was also not fresh. The salad was ok it tasted good.

I placed on on line order. Could not enter this establishment to pick up my order. They do not have enough staff members to have the lobby opened. So I waited in line at the drive through for 22 minutes for an on line order that was ready 22nd it's ago. Hot food was cold. Cold sandwich was soggy. I do not think I will ever order on line at this location ever again. Better off just ordering when you arrive.

Great subs. Nice staff. Only have two complaints. One is that wait times can be long. Two is that it seems like every other time I go the prices have gone up again. The same sub I used to buy a few years ago for $8 is now $11.Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome

I ordered food from Firehouse Subs 124 E Northfield Dr, Brownsburg, IN 46112 through Doordash on August 8th 2023. I ordered the veggie sub on a gluten free roll. I had ordered this sandwich before and enjoyed it. But this particular time was an absolute NIGHTMARE! After having eaten 1/3 of the sandwich already, I took another bite, and ended up with a chunk of metal the size of a quarter inside of it! It was thick heavy metal that looked like a latch or a buckle of some sort. The cheese was melted in and around it, so whatever it was got put into the toaster oven with the food! I've already made a complaint to Doordash, but still awaiting a response. I have tried to contact corporate, but I cannot find consistent information, or even a working website. If I am unable to contact anyone about this, I will be taking this story to the media.

The person that takes the orders through the drive-through cannot speak English or understand English so I had my first sub there yesterday and my last sub there forever. I'll never eat tarragon Woodhaven, Michigan on West Road don't go there unless you speak Spanish..

My wife was asked to return a sub because it was done wrong (again) as this seems to be a consistent pattern with this Woodhaven location. Upon arrival the person that was to fix this mistake said Yiu are some of it so there is nothing we can do to help . She drove 15 minutes to return this as their request. The service sucks, the employees said don’t come back here …. Absolutely uncalled for treatment . Just ridiculous. Will never return and will tell everyone that place is poorly ran, the service sucks, and it is absolutely unbelievable . She said she spoke to the owner and the owner said to send them away and don’t refund or fix anything . WOW!!!!! Horrible .
