I sat there forever the host asked if my server took my drink order I said no one had been to the table I thought he'd send the server over right away but again no one came to the table. I assumed they didn't want my business so I got up and left.
I went to DENNYS got great service and food.

Quick to get seated. When the waitress arrived we placed are drink and food at the same time we waited about 40 mins for 2 orders of pancakes. Pancake and ham was on the eggs was rubber but not complaining about that it happens .but Then when the lady finally gave us a receipt we was told to go to the counter and pay where we waited another 20 minutes before we was even talked to by the host/manager and he told us he is unable to let us Pay and that it has to be done by waitress at the table. By this time we was finally mad at the service. Where we downloaded the app to finally pay to be able to leave. Horrible service

Was ignored at the door for over 20 minutes. Staff just stared at their phones and we never got seated, even though the place was mostly empty.

Horrible place! Service is a joke waiter treats you like you work there with him, they count your fries and food comes cold with barely any body there!

Horrible, bad, not friendly, just don’t go there There were other servers. But the one running around and disappearing was my server. I mean running in and out of the restaurant taking orders. BUT THERE WERE OTHERS WHO COYKD HAVE TAKEN MY ORDER. FOR GOD SAKES. GOOD BYE

TERRIBLE SERVICE! 02/23/25 FROM THE COOK AND THE SUPERVISER (Guy with the blue shirt and tie) even though they voided my payment I am very disappointed with the service and timing of receiving my food.My food was only warm from the light they left it under either communication is off or he was just ignoring my food in his face I asked for a remake of one the items he told me he couldn't authorize it so I said I need my money put back on my card for that order he said he couldn't do that either. So for some reason, he ended up being able to void it, i wonder why hmm... but anyways he needs more training on resolving issues instead of ignoring them, and the communication with the cook and whoever serves the food needs work also. I never got my strawberry lemonade either. As far ass the food the pancakes had melted sprinkles on them that I did not ask for, the top of the pancakes was peeling back like paper, I asked for extra onions and mushrooms I did not receive that I asked for extra steak tips I was told I would have to order the whole meal again because they are proportioned I only received 7 pieces of meat 4 pieces was regular size the rest was small
They forgot the add chicken inside the burger that’s really unbelievable I’m a truck driver and I came back from my way because of that mistake.

Guy with the mahawk haircut. Is an idiot. I’m waiting for 30 minutes and he passed the people that just got in when I’m telling him I’m in line before all of them people. He passed a different guy anyway. A guy that was there too told him I was the first one. Still skipped me it pissed me off
