Entrance from truck stop closed at 8pm. Had to walk around the whole building to enter. Waited 40 minutes for a waiter to acknowledge my existence. No luck had to walk into the back kitchen and ask for service to actually get served

I could tell by the amount of customers something was off. I was on the only customer there. Once I placed my order the food came out too quick. The entire meal was a waste. The cook just put the food on the plate. Everything on the plate looked like a rushed meal. Broccoli wasn’t cooked enough, the mashed potatoes was cold, and the steak tips just looked plain.I’ve had dinner at this restaurant a few years back, but I will never return back to this ihop. You can have the best customer service in the world, but if the cook is doing their job none of that matters.Ask yourself would you serve that food to your love one before you offer to that to a paying customer.

The owner of the property, as he claims is the problem for business. I parked my cargo van, and was getting ready for breakfast. After 5 min this insecure guy came over and straight attacked me. Just because my windshield shade was on he assumed that I was staying there for a long time or was planning to. When I told him that I am IHOP customer, he straight forward told me “go in there or get out”. The only reason I still went inside is cuz I had no energy to find another place. But this was my last time visiting this location. I strongly suggest avoiding this place. Maybe one day he will learn how to treat customers with respect, but I highly doubt it, lack of intelligence….lol.
Bought $20 worth of breakfast to sit peacefully in their parking lot in my van and enjoy and be on my way when a man knocks on my window and tells me it’s private property and so I tell him I just ordered food and responds with we dont want your business and to leave. Very unprofessional on their part. The food was as usual not very good. I must say the server was at least nice but I would avoid this place.

Came for dinner. Worst food experience in a while. Took over 30 minutes to receive our food. There were only 3 tables with people. The parking lot was dead. The food was awful, cold, and old.Strange how you wait so long with so little people being waited on and you get cold old food. I wish I could say that this was the biggest problem, but it wasn't. They came back to my table 4 times to tell me they were out of things we ordered. Bread for my sandwich, watermelon drink stuff, onion rings, and side salad. The manager never came by. He really just did not care.

Most definitely wouldn't return. Food was just okay, and that's being generous. Staff was pretty decent... until we're told that a tip is just automatically included if you spend a certain amount using your credit card... weird, but okay if you say so.
