Placed on online order at 12:06pm. Received a message that it was ready at 12:08pm. Sat in the drive thru line 10-15 minutes. Got to the window and was told the order was not even started yet. Sat at the window for another 10-15 minutes waiting for my sandwiches to be made. Watched as people came into the restaurant the workers would make their sandwich, and they would leave. When my sandwiches were finally made, they were set next to the window, and no one passed them out....read full review
