Wth Jimmy John's! My mouth is on fire š„ I ordered a #9 an Italian nightclub and was eating it then bit into a mass of peppers!! Whyyyyyy! Wth even is this? It's red peppers, green peppers, onions, lettuce, mayonnaise, some meat and cheese. It's definitely not an Italian Nightclub that I have ordered for years. Aside from that the person at the drive thru was rude. I even came twice within an hour to get a sandwich for myself after getting 4 other sandwiches for others and he was rude both times. This place used to be ok but the sandwiches and quality have really gone down hill. $13 for a sandwich I can't even eat and probably disrupted my stomach ulcers from being so spicy. Not even being dramatic, being truthful.

Ordered lunch through DoorDash. My dasher called me upset to express that they refused to give him my order claiming that it had already been picked up and he was the third person to try. The app showed on both of our ends that the order was not picked up and was waiting for the dasher. I could hear them being rude to the dasher as we were on the phone, so I called and the girl was just as nasty to me. She very RUDELY told me it wasnāt her issue it was a DoorDash issue. I followed up by asking if itās a āthem issueā if they gave my order away to someone else and she loudly told me no because sheās not the one who gave the order to someone. I was told I couldnāt speak to the manager because they were on the phone, I was then hung up on after being told to āhave the day I deserveā and when I tried to call back they wouldnāt answer the phone. The customer service at this location is ATROCIOUS. And I wouldnāt spend a penny of my money here with this type of staff.

Absolutely horrible customer service since when can you place a pickup order over the phone and not pay cash . Even if you give a card number they still make you come in to order that's crazy .

This is the worst Jimmy Johns location. They have the most issues I have ever experienced. Tonight my elderly mother was verbally assaulted and accused of trying to steal from āMichael the Managerā. I called and spoke with him and he clearly has some issues and should not be dealing with customers ever. He even mocked me on the phone. The issues I have had personally at this location include ordering a tuna unwich that I purchased through the drive-thru, got home, took about 4 bites to find out they put zero tuna on it. Not just a small amount but zero tuna. When I called to speak with a manager there, she accused me of lying. I told her I have a photo of it if she wants to see. I made a complaint to customer service then and stopped going to that location. I would never recommend this location. The staff is usually nice but Iām not sure where they are getting their āmanagersā from.

Girl working the drive thru window 8/31/25 @ 3:15 pm was pushy and rude. She was rushing me and being very short. Didn't feel like she wanted to be there. She also kept pulling up her pants and touching everything, that seems against health code. Way below normal jimmy john standards

āDarrellā, or however he chooses to spell it, the so called āmanagerā on duty was worse to deal with that the person who initially answered the phone. he has not a clue how to deal with customer service & was āirritatedā before he was even on the phone with me. understanding in times like this as itās not easy in service, but that was unacceptable & so very unfortunate. not to mention my order was completely wrong :-)
