Called them directly and was told I could not order by phone unless I was feeding an army. I wasn’t. I just wanted some chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy… NO pop or deserts. No meals or anything else. That’s all. NOPE. I had to order on line. No other way, not even a VM system. Discussing. I don’t want to have to wait 20-40minuted for my parents to wait cause they can’t p/up the phone or vm

Everything I wanted they did not have here and didn’t ask if I wanted a refund why give me stuff I don’t want but took it anyways my kid was in the car so we already waited for fries which come to find out they didn’t have them why was we waiting for so long this is why I don’t come to this location it disappoints me every time even the stuff being promoted was not available

How do you run out of chicken at 7 30 at night when your open till 10 and then the lady working was so rude about it when i said i would wait since i paid on mobile app and they couldnt refund it, when i did get order it was under cooked total ridiculous, and i was missing my coleslaw that i paid extra for, i will never be back to this store or a kfc again. I do want to say the guy with the bald head he was the only decent one he did apologized over about the wait .

They get your order right 1/3 of the time. Today, they totally blew it, and they acted as though I was out of line to complain. Raw biscuits and 1/2 of my meal missing, it was somehow my fault. I don't understand how an inept manager can blame a customer for their mistake, but it happened.

Been here a couple of times and wasn’t too bad but today was the day that made me decide no more. Food wasn’t bad, there was no line because everyone that had to wait 15+ minutes in the drive thru left but I was being patient then after waiting a good minute at the intercom the lady finally got my order which was 4 easy items then pulled up to the window waiting another good minute and she finally got up to the window and I asked her before anything if I could do split payment because it wasn’t just me buying the food she tells me “I’m the only one working and my cook too I can’t do split payment you should have told me that at the beginning” I then told her I’m sorry I didn’t know but this is the only way I could pay as this is not all my food “I can’t I would have to do the order all over again” mind you she has a huffy attitude and pissed off look on her face I bit my tongue how she talked to me. She eventually did it because I couldn’t pay any other way. I get it sucks working but come on if you don’t like the job just quit and work on yourself. Do better people.

Food was good but we didn’t get all of the order. I recommend you check your food before you leave. Been here four times and they messed up the order three times. I now have a side order of potatoes and gravy waiting for me. Not having it for dinner.

Got the 4 tender combo and was not happy. The chicken was skinny and soggy, the fries being soggy too, and when I bit into the biscuit it was raw and slimy. My drink was half ice and the service was subpar. Fix your workers attitudes, your food quality, and your oven as well because I was not the only one to get a raw biscuit.
