Got the 4 tender combo and was not happy. The chicken was skinny and soggy, the fries being soggy too, and when I bit into the biscuit it was raw and slimy. My drink was half ice and the service was subpar. Fix your workers attitudes, your food quality, and your oven as well because I was not the only one to get a raw biscuit.

I ordered for pick up and grabbed it through the drive thru on a lunch break. This location has always been what I’d imagine is below KFC’s normal standards but this last time was the last for me. Granted, it was late at night, about an hour from closing so I understand being out of things but they substituted half my meal for different items without telling me when I picked up. I was the only person there and they were only taking pick up orders, employees were just lounging around so I strongly doubt this was a simple mistake unless the word gravy looks like the word corn to some people, I do think they knew what they were doing. If I was just notified at the window I would’ve happily made substitutions. My gravy was swapped for corn and my fries were swapped with nuggets that were cold, chewy, and just plain inedible. Do not go to this location, not only is the food old, cold and soggy, you’re not even going to get what you paid for.

So I chose this place Wednesday Got #1 with 2 breasts. Mashed potatoes but food was not hot like I am used to So I called immediately and Mike The Manager was very professional and polite so I am giving 5 stars because of him. He replaced my order and reassured hit fresh chicken and it was

I ordered online to set up a pick up time. I waited 25 min in the parking lot after I got there. Then I get home and they didn't give me my mac n cheese and mashed potatoes and gravy. I live 20 min away to drive all the way back. I've been craving kfc for awhile and this was a good way to disappoint me to not come back again. I don't get how you forget the only 2 sides that were ordered when you had 50 min from the time I placed the order to get it right!!!

Would give zeros stars… ordered 15 mins before arriving to restaurant, then proceeded to wait an additional 45 mins once arriving… food quality was terrible. Will never be back
