So disappointed! They increased their prices for the family meal by $5 and they don't even fill the boxes anymore. They used to stuff them full and now they dont even fill them. I will spend my hard earned money on places that dont try to steal my money. I dont mind the price increase. It's the, we're going to increase prices and give you less product that gets me. Not me, we will go across the street and support a business that appreciates their customers.

I've ordered from this location several times through DoorDash. Yesterday was the first time I've been inside the store. The restaurant was quiet noisey and I don't hear well with background noise. When trying to place my order, I couldn't hear the questions and response from the young women behind the counter. I would have to asked several times what did they say. Neither of them made no effort to speak louder or lean forward so I can hear what they were asking. It was a very uncomfortable situation. So my first impression of Panda Express is not good at all. The food was amazing but the customer service in my opinion was sub-zero. More training is needed there. I'll admit that I am an unsatisfied customer.

Me and my mom went to this Panda Express today and the lady who got our food was kind and fast but the girl checking us out at the register was being weird and rude as hell. Everything was fine until she asked us a question to which my mom asked her to repeat herself. The place was packed with people talking and the background noise of the cook made it pretty hard to hear someone talk. The girl was talking pretty soft and not even looking at us so of course we could not hear her. My mom asked her to repeat herself 4 times to which we noticed her talking progressively lower each time. At first I didn’t think anything of it, thinking she just talks softly but the last two times that my mom had to ask what she was saying made it clear to us that she was just being rude for some reason that was justified in her head. Very weird experience and I don’t understand why, for some reason that’s still unknown, that she felt the need to do that when all she simply had to do was speak up.

I normally order the shrimp & but dish, but decided to give the shrimp/beef dish. The shrimp was tasty, as well as the veggies, but the beef had the consistency of beef beef jerky. It was dry and tough I think I'll stick with the shrimp and nuts.

I over heard a phone call between 2 employees that work at the woodhaven store the guy was complaining because they wouldn’t let him dress up for Halloween he was asking can I wear this or that then he said I will just come to work in blackface I will not eat there if that offends you because I am highly offended I ask the employee next to me if that’s what he said they said yea but he was just joking no one jokes like unless your racist
