I quit going to Panera for a while after the quality of food and service continues to decline at all of these food chains. Stopped in here and this is the Panera I grew to love! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our food was FRESH and quick. Gave 4 stars because the dining area was dirty and the pop machine was out of Dr Pepper but everything else made up for it! Great location I hope they uphold this level of customer service

I don't who tf theyre hiring but what is with this man going out and taking smoke breaks 24/7? And I watched him stare at this young girl's butt. Literally did a 180 while walking through the doorway just to stare right at her rear end. What is wrong with you?? He's very creepy.

This location has gone very far down hill in the past couple months. Just worse across the whole board. I don't know if it's the new managers that showed up from taylor or what but it's going downhill for sure 🤢

Heard about those new sandwiches so yesterday i got one and it was fabulous. I got off work today and thought id try a different kind and the quality of it was absolutely terrible, i mean it was flat and it didn’t have none of the veggies on it. Obviously the weekend cook does way better than whoever making sandwiches on weekdays, very disappointing.

Staff is awesome the young lady working drive thru was so plesent and awesome, Manager was also just great . This has to be one if not the best Panera out there will definitely make this one A regular stop . The best Chicken Wild Rice soup and best Grilled Cheese have ever had . Got loaf Baguette bread and was incredible as well Thank you again for all around great job thisis how they all should be 👍

Not to sure about your employees that work here but customer service makes all the difference in the world. This also helps with repeat business. When customers have a bad experience it’s makes them not want to return to your establishment. I’m bummed I didn’t check these reviews before deciding to eat here!!!! We all know Panera is not cheap
