Accuracy matters at this location. The hostess Danielle is very kind and excellent at customer service. The dining area was very clean and the lady that made my food did a fantastic job and she remembered me. I felt welcomed. My experience was what dining at an establishment should be. Walked here, egg souffle was cold! I ordered on the kiosk and still had to tell them what I ordered. Coffee station was a mess. Workers all seemed to be gathered out back not caring there was customers.

I quit going to Panera for a while after the quality of food and service continues to decline at all of these food chains. Stopped in here and this is the Panera I grew to love! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our food was FRESH and quick. Gave 4 stars because the dining area was dirty and the pop machine was out of Dr Pepper but everything else made up for it! Great location I hope they uphold this level of customer service
