I usually like Pita Way, but my last two orders were both messed up. I specifically said no pickles, yet the first time they just pulled the pickles off the sandwich instead of remaking it — which left the pickle juice all over. The next time, it happened again, and I had to go pick up a replacement sandwich.
What really disappointed me was when I went to get the replacement, there was no apology beyond handing me the food — no coupon, no gift card, nothing to make up for two straight mistakes.
I’ve been a regular customer, but this kind of carelessness and lack of customer service makes me second-guess coming back.

I ordered a legacy bowl and the bowl barely had any crispy chicken, can’t be so stingy with protein portions because I’ve been to other places and got a bowl and their portions are great.

The chicken is always seasoned and cooked perfectly. My rice was a little cold but edible. Service was good considering it was close to closing. Plan to return.
