Site said my pizza was ready when I arrived for my take out order. Waited 20 more mins. Thought at least my pizza would be fresh and hot. They bring out my order with another pizza that's somebody else's or they read my order wrong (the guy seemed confused); i only took the one i ordered. My half and half big new yorker was more like 1/3 and 2/3. Pizza was luke warm. I'm guessing that my pizza had been done for a bit. Maybe they were waiting on the other pizza that wasn't mine. You can taste the freezer on the crust and italian sausage. Hadn't been to a pizza hut in years. I don't remember it tasting this bad.

Food is edible at best, not great, not horrible. Customer service is lacking. Ordered 2 Thin and crispy with pepperoni received one hand tossed with pepperoni and one hand tossed cheese only. Currently waiting 20 minutes on hold so they can check my order.

Yesterday I ordered the garlic bread at a recommendation of 2 managers. Trying it, I actually really liked it! A little crunchy around the edges, soft near the center with a good crunch. I'd get it again but with their pasta next time!

Exceptional staff, seem to me to be under exceptional management and organized, my food is always spot on, timely and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I really don't go to any other locations in the area, if possible. Very clean as well.

This pizza hut is better than your average. I want to shout out the manager Sebastian because he is what keeps us coming back. Any time we had a problem he was quick to fix it with no issues. I have ordered from this location multiple times now and my experiences have been consistently fantastic. My food is always fresh and hot, toppings always accurate, and they remember the extra sauces every time. Staff is incredibly friendly as well. I’ll be coming back!

Ordered through their online app. Received a pizza with literally zero cheese on it. Tried to call the store to ask about it and got some guy that could barely speak english and he hung up the phone on me.
