First this is what pizza hut deliver to me yesterday at 703 p.m how they let this leave the store like that is ridiculous and unacceptable, and then the little pizza was so old and dry so i called got no answer, so i had to drive up there to take it all back and the man was mad when i told him i wants my 36 dollars back he said i will remake it . Absolutely not. They didnt even offer a coupon for another pizza to even make it right. Beware

Be careful... If you ask for LIGHT cheese, they may interpret that as EXTRA cheese! How hard is it to follow Instructions??

Horrible the mushrooms was old and I ordered Italian sausage and had four pieces of sausage on my pizza and whoever cut it needs glasses it was the most crooked pizza I had I won't be back. LC Pizza is better for 6 bucks

Ordered a pizza and breadsticks on Uber eats last night. The food was gross and I called to let them know and to see about a credit and also advised I could bring my pizza and breadsticks minus 2 slices and 2 breadsticks back to show them. I was told I need to contact Uber eats instead. Poor quality and poor customer service.

I order personal pan once a week how hard is it to get this right it's always wrong the toppings are terrible 4 small pieces of pizza with 1 piece of bacon 1 piece of onion and 2 pepper rings per piece this is totally ridiculous
I had the weirdest delivery experience with this location tonight. I’ll spare you the details, but there was some confusion around the delivery of a 2 liter. Despite this, the gentleman I was speaking to at the store managed to turn the experience around (James, I think?) and the evening ended on a positive note. I really appreciated the way the situation was handled, so even if the delivery wasn’t perfect - the service was.

I ordered delivery online it went through, okay great! Says it will be to me by 12:37PM, okay I’m waiting great. But now An hour passes and I have to call up there to find out the store cancelled my order? because there isn’t a driver available? Then why is there a delivery option if that’s really not an option? When I called “LIZ” answered and I let her know what was happening and asks for status on my order her words were “yeah we cancelled it there wasn’t a driver and I tried to call but..” and that’s all she said (I have no missed calls from anyone) I’m Beyond frustrated.
