Food is edible at best, not great, not horrible. Customer service is lacking. Ordered 2 Thin and crispy with pepperoni received one hand tossed with pepperoni and one hand tossed cheese only. Currently waiting 20 minutes on hold so they can check my order.
Yesterday I ordered the garlic bread at a recommendation of 2 managers. Trying it, I actually really liked it! A little crunchy around the edges, soft near the center with a good crunch. I'd get it again but with their pasta next time!
Exceptional staff, seem to me to be under exceptional management and organized, my food is always spot on, timely and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
I really don't go to any other locations in the area, if possible.
