This was one of the worst smoothies I’ve ever had in my life . It was not blended well at all and had chuncks which made it difficult to drink also looks like almond milk not blended with green pieces. Not even any color I got the strawberry gladiator. Why would anyone serve this ?

We were the only people in the drive thru and it took 20 minutes for us to receive two smoothies. My smoothie was very icy and didn’t have much flavor, when I went back and asked for a replacement I realized there wasn’t an adult in the store and it was being ran by two 15 year olds. My replacement smoothie also wasn’t not the best and it took an additional 15 minutes to receive that one. Over all dissatisfied with the lack of customer service and quality of the smoothies as I just think all the staff is very inexperienced and young and should go through further training. Southgate location will forever be my choice.

I travel a lot and get Smoothie King routinely at locations all over the Eastern US. The past 2 times I have gotten the 44oz Gladiator Smoothie from this location it has been ‘watered’ down had no flavor or substance. First time they were kind and made another one and it had flavor and was satisfying. The second occurrence the associate offered to make another but stated it would be exactly the same…. Not coming back to this location any more to buy a $13 watered down protein shake.
