Ripped off! I ordered 3 shots of espresso (nothing else). Didn't look right. Went home and poured it into a measuring glass. Yep only two shots worth. Glad I was only using up the last of a gift card. I'll never be going back here again.

The drive-through line is ridiculous and it pins cars in who are parking to go into the café. I recently went in there to have a cup of coffee with a friend, and it was so loud with the music and the staff behind the counter, banging things that we ended up just leaving. I couldn’t hear my friend who was sitting right across from me! Clearly not a place to sit and chat.

On 12.25.24 the store closed at 2pm - I was in line at 135pm - I got to the order stop at 150pm - the manager said & I quote "we're not taking any other orders - I have a 3 year old at home waiting on me" - my first thought was how rude & unprofessional - then I was suprise that she let all that revenue go, there had to have been at least 9 other cars in line coming off of West Rd & Allen Rd - someone could have put out a cone or stood outside to let folks know there were no other orders being taken

This location is ALWAYS so unprofessional!!
It’s 150pm and they close at 2pm and we waited in a LONGGGGG line just to arrive to the drive-thru speaker just to be told they just took their last order. I stated that you close at 2pm (still 10mins before close). The manager (Kenzie) then responds very rudely stating “ I am lucky they’re even open today” and proceeds to laugh. You get paid to do your job and that’s exactly what you should do, customers are NOT lucky that YOUR WORKING to receive a paycheck!! Service is ALWAYS poor and workers are just so unhappy to work. The manager was very rude and unprofessional. I can’t believe she stated that she was the manager but lacked professionalism. I’m in shock that this multi-million dollar company allows such bad behavior.

Heavier set lady with brown and blue hair kept touching her face and redoing her hair and touching her nose and not once did she wash her hands. She was working the drive thru. Very disgusting, but by her appearance it looks like she doesn’t take care of her self either.

This is a nice Starbucks. I went here and was satisfied with my experience. I went to this Starbucks’ drive thru, where I ordered a large iced chai. I drove up to the window and got my chai within a minute, which was nice. The chai tasted quite good, being of an ideal sweetness and having an ideal amount of flavor. After sipping my iced chai, I drove away, satisfied with my experience. I gave this Starbucks five stars because it has good iced chais.

Parking: There’s free parking encircling the Starbucks.

How does a coffee shop not have cups to serve hot coffee ? This store is probably the worst Starbucks I've ever been to. The inside is dirty, the people are rude, and obviously, the management is incompetent . If you're out of cups, why even open, or how about this instead of letting people sit in the line for 20 minutes? Let them know.

I’ve had a frustrating experience at this Starbucks location. It seems like every time I try to visit, the doors are closed with a “temporarily closed” sign. It’s incredibly unreliable, and I’m not the only one—many other customers have commented on this issue as well.

I appreciate that businesses sometimes face challenges, but the frequency of these closures makes it hard to count on them for an evening coffee. I hope they can find a solution, but for now, I’ll be looking for a more dependable spot.

Worst customer service that we’ve encountered EVER. Earlier, my boyfriend and I picked up our coffee here. We ordered thru the app and as we went there, the line for drive thru was insane. It was between 1:30-2pm. We were kinda pre occupied with our phones at that time that we passed by the speaker post. We cannot back down because there’s already another car behind. As sorry as we were, my boyfriend immediately apologized to the lady at the window. But this lady just raised her voice at us saying she “almost gave us the wrong order” and “we cannot skip the line as there were a lot of cars in queue and they were already mad at her” Again, he said our apologies but right after she gave us our coffee, she said “have a good day sir” and slammed the window at us. Never we had ever experience this kind of service. Usually the people there were nice but that lady was definitely an exception.

I came through the drive through one day and as my order was being taken this young lady turned the camera on, smiled at me, then showed me a little alien creature she had in the palm of her hand and it had beady blue eyes. I have never had greater service in my life and I hold this experience as standard for all other fast food places. The employees are lively and whimsical
