People need to be nicer to service employees. I’ve always had fast and friendly service here. Daltan and Lisa helped me last month, and Amber helped me most recently. The complaints on here are a little excessive for what you’re getting. Make your own coffee if you want to complain about an inch of whip cream melting down by the time you get home. Be nice to people, and the service will come in return. Never had a problem here and will continue to come back. Thanks team, you all are great!

Ordered a chestnut praline latte light whip cream and it was half full at best. $7.19 drink you would think it would be full. They said they would remake it. They did and made it wrong. I believe they did this on purpose as it is not the first time they had to remake my drink. Last time they made it wrong again as well. The excuse was some servers have a heavy hand and others don't. I have no idea what that means but train your employees better. You completely ripped me off again. You have served Me for at least $28 in horrible drinks over the last few weeks. Time to find another location that opens at 5am. The photos attached are all the same drink 2 of which are not made right and not full and the other 2 are just not filled. Not one sip had been taken from any drink in these pics. I stop and get this drink for my wife on my way home. I dont drink coffee so I don't even know they messed it up till she gets it in her hands at home. I just simply know by the weight of it there was no way it was full. My wife is not happy. She made a Facebook post and many others chimmed in aggreeing that they have had simular issues.

I usually enjoy Starbucks, but this location has several ongoing issues that make the experience frustrating.

Whenever I order multiple food items through the drive-thru, each item is handed to me individually instead of being placed in a bag. It’s inconvenient _ especially when trying to manage drinks and food while in the car alone. Inside pickup isn’t much better; bags are never readily available at the pickup station, so you have to wait around for an employee to notice you (which takes a while because folks are usually zoned in at their stations) and get one for you. This is the same for drink carries inside as well. At other Starbucks locations, multiple-item orders are automatically bagged, or bags and drink carriers are easily accessible, which makes things much smoother.

The drive-thru design also causes a lot of problems. The line frequently wraps around the building and even extends onto West Road, which creates traffic issues that I have seen extend to the intersection with Allen Road. People parked in the lot often get stuck because of how the line forms. Sometimes you even have to drive all the way around the building just to reach the end of the line - which would be fine, except the dumpster gates are sometimes left open, blocking part of the already narrow path.

This location could really improve by rethinking its drive-thru layout and making simple operational fixes - like keeping bags and drink carriers available and ensuring smoother traffic flow around the building.

Not only did the man with the racoon tail hair working night shift at the register get our order wrong but the drink was horrible, Asked for free refill since on the tables it said you could get a free refill and the woman Jasmine, the shift manager gave a long drawn out answer basically saying we couldn’t get a refill on that overpriced drink even though we ordered a drink that fit the conditions to get one. both staff were very rude to us The man refused to give their name because he knew we would report him for getting our order wrong. Very upset because im a loyal customer at this place but I wont be going again

Come through every morning but this morning i ordered my drink and it was the wrong size. When i told them it was wrong she refused to fix it and try to charge me for the same drink with the new size. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to just remake my drink with the correct size i wanted an instead of trying to charge me for a whole new one? And wasn’t being kind and made me feel uncomfortable for asking.

Everyone is excellent here! I'm a regular and get my drinks here very often. They always get my orders perfect! Quick and friendly service. Lisa, Daltan, and Amber are my favorites! Will always pick this store for my coffee fix. MUCH better than the Riverview location.
