I normally order from this Starbucks on doordash while I’m at work and have no issues but this morning I ordered 2 of their new lavender matcha drinks and was delivered something not even close to that. They didn’t label the order either so I’m not even sure what’s even in the coffees or what they gave me.

This Starbucks is getting worse never have staff even when they have multiple people they take forever your blended drinks be melted certain days with certain workers are great but most mornings are horrible the amount of talking they do is ridiculous

Just moved to the area and every time I try to place an order through the app, this location is out of a lot of items. Have had to drive 10 minutes to different location. Very disappointing

Several times now, I have tried to come through this location, and its lobby has been closed. Today, when I tried to order on the app, it said it was out of Cold Brew and a lot of other things... but not everything. Thankfully, i didn't order any replacement drink because the only problem is their lobby? I came in person to order in person, and it said the lobby was closed. The sign on the door directed me to order through the app? Which doesn't work for this store. In the drive-through line, they had everything. So, I was very frustrated that the whole Starbucks organization is pulling my leg.Again, this isn't a once-off. This is repeated now. I've had this happen similarly before with the same sign on the door. That's why I had the premonition that I shouldn't order through the app. Please fix this because it is causing me to be late to my appointments.

I went to the Starbucks drive thru in Woodhaven today at 11:12. I ordered two coffees and egg whites egg bites "extra toasted"When I got to the window, the young lady ringing us up, Gabby was very polite. A young lady by the name of Sophia brought the egg whites to the window, I asked them to please look at them and see if they were toasted and not just warmed. They still looked white and barely warmed. I asked if they would please put them back in a little longer. Sophia then proceeded to not only roll her eyes but let out a huff. I said I'm sorry there's no reason to roll your eyes at me, the look on her face was of complete shock that I had in fact seen her do it. Keep in mind there was not ONE person behind me at the window of the drive through at this point. Both girls then walked away from the window and brought the bites back, which were at this point burnt, clearly out of spite to the point they could not even be chewed. My family and I spend lots of money at your establishment weekly and we all can acknowledge it's not cheap. I was not rude to either of these young ladies and do not appreciate the way I was addressed

I am happy to say my fav is reopened for business afterbeing closed about one monthfor remodeling. I love the newest updated look. The vibesand the menu remains unmatched. The service and location are awesome.

I ordered off the mobile app, stated it would be ready at 1129, it was 1127 when I got up to the speaker. They stated that it won’t be ready for another 10 minutes and that I need to go in to get my drinks although I did pick drive up. That parking lot is a mess and I’m not getting stuck in a spot, so I went through the very long line again. It had been 10 minutes so I asked about my order. Desi on the speaker told me well this is what happens during the holiday season. The drinks were horrible with no taste. Had absolutely rude service. I’ve had issues with this Starbucks before but I thought I would try it again after they were shut down for a remodel. Nope, still awful service and awful drinks. As the barista was getting my drinks ready she was holding all 4 of them all against her body which is very unsanitary. I will never go back to this Starbucks ever. I will be going to the other Starbucks, a little farther but service and drinks are great!!!

Service was unnecessarily slow today, it’s not because the workers aren’t working very hard it is a management issue. I understand Starbucks is very good, but waiting 25 minutes past the 10 minutes I was estimated is ridiculous, if the service can’t get quicker than don’t take mobile orders period. Here’s a thought don’t send an auto generated apology and actually fix the issue.
