We ordered a combo meal, they forgot hashbrown. Sandwich was extremely soggy. Ordered a toasted bagel cut in 1/2 received an untoasted bagel with a wet, soggy bottom NOT cut in 1/2. They forgot our 2 donuts. We had to wait @ window and ask for them again and they gave us one of the wrong ones. It was a very disappointing experience. Will not stop at this location again.

Everyone is usually pleasant and takes the correct order in the mornings. Although today is the first time I've been helped by a newer team member, somehow I feel like I was the inconvenience. Um, when did this person start? Never experienced that level of disregard here.

Wait is ridiculous through the drive thru no one is in a rush to get orders out and the majority of the staff doesn’t say or anything but quick to roll their eyes. Terrible customer service

I'm finally writing a review of this location as I've officially reached my limit. Today, they completely left out one of my sandwiches. When I tried to call to let them know—since I unfortunately couldn't go back to have it corrected—their phone was off the hook, as usual.
On multiple occasions when I've ordered coffee at this location, I've been handed what looked like water with a slight tint. It wasn't tea, and it definitely wasn't coffee.
This place needs to be shut down. Honestly, most of the Tim Hortons locations—except for the one in Taylor on Allen Road—have drastically gone downhill.
At this point, I'm about ready to pay the extra money and switch to Starbucks. If I actually did the math on how many times Tim's has messed up my order—missing items, wrong items, or food that was just plain inedible—I'm sure the cost would equal, if not exceed, what I'd spend at Starbucks.

Don’t believe the negative reviews and photos. In these trying times they do their best. Great staff, Alex was very polite who served us. Good donuts and coffee as well as the sandwich’s.
This is by far the worst tim Horton around, every time I go here they mess up something.... So today, I go through drive thru, order 2 turkey bacon club sandwiches, I get home, there's no bacon on either sandwich and the bread on one of them is burnt! Tried to call them to let a manager know but of course they NEVER answer their phone, they need to shut this location down... Get it together Tim Horton... For the amount of money you charge for these sandwiches, you could at least get them right!!!

We purchased 2 egg sausage croissants and cheese, and we asked for white cheese. They charged us a $70 to put white cheese on 2 sandwiches, and the sandwiches were cold. We took them back. They headed 'em up for us at first reluctantly and um, yeah. I won't go back there. Place in farmington hills charged us twenty cents to add white cheese, instead of having the yellow cheese
