This place is the worst and so unprofessional I went there to cat a bacon club sandwich no bacon and no bread seriously do not come here terrible service and was so rude and cocky about it do nit waste your time here terrible I would rate this a zero if I could .

Had to argue to get a free donut on Veterans Day being a veteran of the Marine Corps & showing ID, despite Tim Horton’s advertisement of a free donut today. Thankfully when they gave me this free donut, it was as hard as a rock.

This location sucks. I only go here because it’s on my way to work. However, every single employee acts like they hate the world and they cannot get an order correct. I asked for an everything bagel double toasted with extra butter, today I got a barely toasted bagel with cream cheese applied in the most sloppy way. The other times I’ve placed the same order? The bagel is hardly toasted with little to no butter and on the days they do put extra butter, it’s on the outside of the sleeve hidden where they fold it and by the time I notice, it’s already seeping into the seat of my car or on my clothes. This place is a joke.

Today I got a French vanilla latte. Basically slightly flavored warm water. Previous times ive gotten ice capps with a shot of espresso and it's pretty much burned coffee over water, no sweetness or creaminess to it at all. This location used to be one of the best and now it's one of the worst.
Girlfriend went to get a coffee something fancy and she said it tasted like burnt water. Do better. I couldn’t even drink it.

Got the caramel apple iced latte not only did they mess it up and forgot all the toppings. I even asked it it was a sweet or strong coffee flavor and they said it was mild .. it tasted like burnt coffee water, worse coffee ever. Would much rather go to Tim hortons in flat rock the guy might hate his life but atleast he can make a good coffee.

I stopped inside last week with my family for coffee and donuts. The drive thru was busy. We waited a few minutes but then the nicest lady came to take our order. It is nice to see someone smiling at work even when busy. Thank you!
