I am incredibly sick of the laziness These stupid people and the audacity to shut down the lobby with no sign. Telling the customer so and when who I am assuming is The manager comes to the door to greet me. She greets me with an incredibly arrogant attitude If there was a sign saying that the lobby was closed. I'd have been fine with that, but there wasn't you locked the door and I already have problems with this location in the first place, This is probably the worst importance I've ever been to. And I will not be coming back. I hope you lose all your money and have to shut down

This use to be an awesome location. But since the pandemic, all the good employees left. Now it takes forever at the drive thru, most of the time the employees have attitudes, and they barely have a good selection of bakery items.

I wanted to try oat milk in my macchiato and they put so much oat milk that it’s all it tastes like. it’s honestly the worst thing i’ve had from tim hortons in general. it’s just hot oat milk :/

I was just in the drive thru today with my daughter. I ordered the turkey bacon club meal with the chips & a medium sweet iced tea & the grilled cheese panini meal with a medium iced water. I asked what soup do you have today & before I could finish what I was saying I was rudely interrupted with “we don’t carry soup.” I said okay. I couldn’t believe it since every other Tim Hortons location I’ve been to does.So I leave & get to my location to start eating at see that they only added a drop of mayonnaise to my turkey bacon club. And my daughter’s grilled cheese panini was very thin & looked gross. So I returned to the drive thru to ask for my money back & the young woman at the window (who was at the window the first time) asks if I had the meals or just the sandwiches. I said the meals. So she puts the money back on my card & gives me my receipt & walks away. I said am I all set? She said yes. No apology, no have a nice day, nothing. So make me feel like I did something wrong when clearly you are the one screwing up the food orders. These restaurants need to stop skimping on food items & ordering cheaper items to save money. I get inflation is hurting everyone but how much money are you saving if the customer returns the food? Obviously nothing. And she never returned my money for the drinks either. The woman at the window is also the manager. Rude & disrespectful on so many levels. I’ll never return. And I hope you go out of business.
This was they worst experience I've had at a Tim Hortons and this was my first time at this location. The guy that took my order on Sunday, November 5th. at drive through acted like he didn't want to be there. He didn't say hello or thank, repeat the order, total and just said pull forward.The girl that gave me my drink just quickly handed it to me and shut the window. No smile, thank you, eye contact etc. And what is worse is that the drink I got make me sick to my stomach. The oat milk must have been bad.Never again! Whats up with this place TH?

Just went there through the drive thru this morning, ordered a maple waffle sausage sandwich and hashbrown.... the sausage was pink inside and not cooked thru and the hashbrown was cold. I wanted to go back to let them know and exchange my food but was late for work. The workers were amazing and kind, things happen just please check that your food is cooked thru.

If I could give the store zero stars, I would I work here for about 6 to 7 months. I had to make a separate account to post this because my other one had got taken down. They treat their customers like shit. They also treat their employees like shit they expect their employees to come in for morning shift to work from 430 to 8 o'clock at night because afternoon shift can't shop for the shifts, don't ever work here or any Tim Hortons every Tim Hortons I've ever worked is a terrible workplace. I've worked at three Tim Hortons now and they're all terrible management only gives props to the people who aren't doing shit for the store they pick and choose who they like, and then they throw all the dirty work on to other people it's a terrible place to work, I would not recommend ever also would not recommend the food. The donuts are made terrible they water down the glaze. The sausage is also very pink looking. Hashbrowns are always soggier burnt they burn omelette bites just terrible.
