I was very disappointed with the coffee at this location. The Double Double tasted extremely watered down, and the iced macchiato had a strong burnt flavor. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning for coffee again.

I just bought food from this location today as I normally do but had a issue happen with one of the morning crew members and talked to the manger about it and I thought that was the end of it but I ended up waiting longer than I thought I should have for food and when I arrived home 2mins away from the location to eat it, it tasted like something else other than the sauce that's intended to be on it. I would appreciate it I could speak with someone that could show me the surveillance camera that my food was not tapered with others than the process of making it. (18 U.S. Code § 1365 - Tampering with consumer products) I have never had an issues here with the food but it does not taste right at all. I could not finish it and it is not the sauce the is supposed to be on it.

Terrible. The food is not only poorly put together but the customer service is terrible. Grew up in woodhaven and when ever we go here there ALWAYS something wrong. You can barely get everything that goes with your order let alone get decent customer service. Customer service is dead. Don't go here!

Today my Mother and I went through the drive through at this location. We ordered medium coffees half decaf. The coffee had so many coffee grids that we couldn't drink it and we did not have time to return it. We also live in Flatrock so it's a bit of a drive for us. I'm extremely dissatisfied with this service. Coffee cost to much to not enjoy it, we should not have to choak on coffee grinds. Whoever poured it, had to have seen all those coffee grinds, a few would not have been an issue, that's normal...but the amount that we had is egregious. We should never have had to pay for that. To say I'm upset is an understatement. This was negligence.

Absolutely terrible service here, they mess up simple coffee orders, they gave my girlfriend a watered down iced coffee and they screwed up the size on my latte, I have come here several times and had horrible service, it's like the people working here don't know what they are doing, Terrible, sad! The coffee tastes like sink water and I overheard a worker say you another "we have to make it good this time" all before handing me the worst drink I've ever tasted, it made me gag
