This location robs people. Go a mile farther to the one on Allen. Bought the Halloween bucket with $6 refills. Clearly said that on their display when I bought it. Then tried to charge me $9 for refills. Online to order their new brown butter latte, it said $3.60 for a medium. They charged $6.35. Idk what they are doing to jack up the prices like that, but seriously, go the extra mile for better service and prices.

Overall the service is tolerable. Most of the staff are polite. The inaccuracy of orders and the service time are abhorrent and the inside of the location is dirty with flies and other insects crawling inside the display case and I’m sure other areas of the kitchen.

The store sucks Go to the one on west road instead. I had they missed my bagel, I went around, went inside and I watched three people stand there and look at each other and make jokes, and not one person acknowledged me and then one of the workers was trying to give another worker. My bagel. And there was no apology, nothing.Horrible horrible horrible.
Bought a dozen donuts the other day. Looked at my bank statement and saw i was charged 16.99
Price online was 12.99
Either they overcharge here or somebody bought themselves a fancy coffee on my tab.

So everytime I come home to MI, Timmy’s is the place I love to go for my coffee!! But this Tim’s on West Rd, NO WAY! All three times my coffee was cold, they had no donuts, and this third time my sandwich looked like it had been stepped on, they had no hashbrowns at 9 am, and all three times they were so dang rude that I TOLD them to work on their customer service!!! So so bad PEOPLE!!! If you hate your job that much, get a new one!
