If you’re gonna place a mobile order, Call and ask them what drinks they have because This is the third time this week. I have placed a mobile order and they were out of the drink I ordered. I ordered a different drink each time and they were always out of it. Put down the crack rocks and pick up the Pop order form

Always forget your sauces or fries or SOMETHING so make sure to always check your bags before driving off. Also, not sure if it’s just this Wendy’s or all Wendy’s but why on earth are they using iceberg shredded lettuce now instead of the whole romaine leaf lettuce? Disgusting.

Honestly if I could give 0 I would. We had a was 3 Meals .. missed all of the nuggets in our meals. My friend went and picked up the order and you can clearly hear them talking about our order and how we order so much. You work at a fast food restaurant. Respectfully if you hate your job quit.

Went through drive through at about 7:00 tonight. The cashier was obviously new so I was trying to be very patient and understanding. I had to respecify my order a few times, I think I told her about 3 or 4 times that I wanted a 4 piece tender meal. The bag was broken at the bottom when I was handed it and a bunch of my fries fell onto my seat. I asked for them to double bag it, but they handed me another bag of the wrong size, much smaller. I get home to see that rather than give me 1 tender too few, they gave me 2 too few and no sauce. Probably will be back, but only because this is the closest Wendy's to my house.

Located closed to the highway. Fast service. Employees were very friendly. Clean washroom. Enough parking room. I travel from Canada often on same route and it was same each time. Will go again my next trip

Was just there, and the employees running the drive thru didn't know what they were doing. We ordered our food, got up to the window and they asked us over and over what we ordered, what we ordered to drink. We had to tell them multiple times. When we got the food it wasn't even right. Very poor customer service. Was highly disappointed with the service. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes for our food.

This place is not open at 6:30. I ordered on the app. I sat there for 10 minutes before anybody said anything to me. Then sat another 10 minutes before I pulled off. This place is a joke. They need to shut it down. They are always always short staffed and that’s the reason they give you. Mind you there was no one in the drive thru. Smh. Glad you can cancel your order. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Both ketchup dispensers were empty, there were no napkins.
The floor was sticky in the bathrooms were a mess.
