We ordered our food, got up to the window and they asked us over and over what we ordered, what we ordered to drink. We had to tell them multiple times. When we got the food it wasn't even right. Very poor customer service. Was highly disappointed with the service. We ended up waiting about 15 minutes for our food.

This place is not open at 6:30. I ordered on the app. I sat there for 10 minutes before anybody said anything to me. Then sat another 10 minutes before I pulled off. This place is a joke. They need to shut it down. They are always always short staffed and that’s the reason they give you. Mind you there was no one in the drive thru. Smh. Glad you can cancel your order. DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!

Half of the flavors in the Coke machine were out.
Both ketchup dispensers were empty, there were no napkins.
The floor was sticky in the bathrooms were a mess.
It took a long time to get our food at 11:15.

I don’t usually leave reviews (as I have been a fast-food manager in the past so I understand the struggle), but this experience deserves one.
I went through the drive-thru around 7 p.m., where three cars—including mine—were pulled forward to wait. A worker came out with food but clearly didn’t know which order went to which car. He then blurted out a string of profanities, handed the food to someone, and went back inside.
A short time later, he came back out and, over the headset, told the team he may have given the wrong food to a customer. He then went back in. When he returned again to deliver food to another customer (this was his second interaction with her because something was missing from her bag originally), I saw him flipping her off through the window and jumping up and down laughing inside the building. It honestly makes you wonder if they tampered with her food.
After waiting around 30 minutes, we finally received our food—and it was completely wrong. Absolutely unreal.
I’m sympathetic to the fact that many of the employees appear to be very young and possibly inexperienced. However, the management here needs to step up, hold staff accountable, and ensure some basic standards of professionalism and food safety are followed. This kind of behavior is not only unprofessional—it’s disturbing.

The Two african american teenager workers up front were shouting about girls they went to school with, lots of profanity and sexual comments while the one smashed all the food for my delivery before putting it into the bag.

I come here often even at night and I am a former Wendy’s employee but last night it was a little different. I had a mobile order and when I got there, they had told me they were closed and Wendy’s doesn’t close until 12 to one at midnight and it was only 1140 till 1150 they still had time to make my order so I had to cancel it and I heard someone laughing at the speakers so I think it’s disrespectful and I think their whole crew needs to be retrained on time management. This isn’t the first time they have done this to me at night saying they’re closed and I had to cancel my mobile order

Fast food place. We prefer it because the food it’s better than most places.
This is a newly remodeled location. I enjoyed the modern decor. The tall young man that waited on us was friendly and helpful. My husband had the Taco Salad which was crisp and fresh. We both had a small chili. Unfortunately the chili seemed more like soup. It was very thin with less meet than usual. The fries were good. I would go back but there was one other thing that bothered me. The floor by the counter and even by my table was sticky. Having said that we were there at 7 PM on a Sunday.
