I mean i asked for no pickles or onions on 2 sliders and thats basically all I ordered... Why was it a pickle on my burger just seems lazy and inconsiderate to people allergies and health but okay. Also there is a lack in good customer service here please do better. But then again i also have the option of not coming back so...

The white castles that I received crave Case clutch was not good the bread was hard the meat on the White castles were cold. So I am not going to be ordering White castles from you guys from now on

Really gone downhill in the past years. Cold buns, and not even warm burgers while you wait and eat inside. Breakfast potatoes like day old leftovers. Telegraph at Northline 3x better all around. Won't stop here anymore.

Please check your food they will most definitely short you, but charge you for it! So disappointed because I don’t stay in the area!! Drive thru around 8pm 3/14/25 poor service at its best!!
This is a nice and clean White Castle. Staff was wearing gloves and sanitary. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy White Castle and want a clean place to eat. Staff are nice and professional.

Usually this White Castle is good. But I went there last week and the burgers weren't good and when I went to the window. Good thing I checked my bag because I was missing some how you of my order. The girl in the window took care of me though, and corrected the problem.Good thing I had checked before.I left

Our experience was not at all like the past years. No interaction with employees, no hourly contests. When we arrived we had to ask a different server to give us placemats and napkins. Our server kept saying give me a sec. We were waited on after others that came in after us like 10 minutes after us were waited on. The other servers didnt seem to be having the same issue. Maybe our server was new, not sure but he only had two tables and they came in after us. Our table that they sat us at still had old placemats and food crumbs on the table and seat. Not sure if we will continue this tradition. I will not give the server name or description bc it may have been a training issue. We just felt left out, as we looked around and all the others were waited on and happy. We really like this location but them seem to have dropped the ball on a very popular event. thank you

For an establishment which offers sit down service once a year, they did an excellent job with table service.

This location use to be good, but the last few times I’ve been here it hasn’t been good. Last week I Ordered a 1921 slider the the bun was hard. Like it had been sitting on the counter since Nixon was president. And the the workers acted confused when was tried to get a new one made. And that took forever.
I went today thinking maybe it was just a fluke. Nope. Sat in the drive thru forever. Ordered a few burgers and a cherry coke. Asked for the burgers to have EVERYTHING ON THEM (onion, pickles, etc).
After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. The worker tried to hand me the wrong drink. No. I had a Cherry Coke. And she was confused as to what we ordered.
When we finally get our food The cheese on the 1921 slider I got was hard. There were no onions on it or mustard when I had asked for everything on them.
My jalapeño cheese burgers lacked onions and mustard and one was even missing cheese.
I don’t think I’ll go back to this location. It really went down hill.
