Absolutely ridiculous. Order took forever to make and the delivery driver waited too long, so he left. Then I called to pick up my own order and there was another driver there to pick it up and I had no idea. I had to snatched it out of his hands after he argued about who I was. Food not good enough to deal with that mess! Never again.

I’ve been to Wingstop before, so when my boyfriend and I decided to go to the woodhaven location - I was excited - when we walked in a couple was waiting to be served and had been waiting for a little bit, about 10 minutes later someone came to the front to help them - than help us - there was a tone of inconvenience from the person serving us… issue one. Issue two: we get our drink cups, sit down and we waited 25+ minutes for our food, we weren’t alone in this - there were other people who were waiting when we walked in who were still waiting until just before we got our food!! When we got it - the chicken tenders were way over seasoned, the fries were pretty cold and my boyfriends wings were below par… issue 3: we could see into the kitchen where we were sat and the workers were ON THEIR PHONES than touching food, no gloves, no handwashing, etc. - id like to believe that is a huge health code violation due to cross contamination and bacteria spreading. Unfortunately - we won’t be back to this location ….

I placed my order on DoorDash at 12:33 30 minutes before they closed an hour later at 1:40 I get a text message saying that they canceled my order due to store related issues I would never order from this place again I really believe doordash should remove them from their website at least this store anyways. Because now nothing is open and I can't even reorder something else when if they would have told me at 12:30 they were closing early I could have ordered from somewhere else

First Time & Maybe the last. I ordered online and got there early and the Manager prepared my food Coughing over it with no gloves on more than once. So I asked for a refund and they refused to do it there because I ordered online so hopefully I get it online. The Manager before she prepared my food she was in the dining room hacking coughing and on the phone. When your Sick Stay Home. Overall a Bad Experience

Workers are rude. Walking around with their head phones on while orders pile up. Had 16 orders on the screen and the employees are on their phones. Dont bother ordering food if you want it in a timely manner.

Didn’t get some of the order. More than half of the wings that were supposed to have dry rub were plain. Wings were soggy and horribly cooked. Last time I ever go here. Disappointing

Waited a little while because it was national wing day, but everyone there worked hard and did well with great customer service. The young gentleman who was multitasking making wings and taking care of the guest up front did a fantastic job. This was the busiest I ever seen a wingstop before and the gentleman handled it very professionally and great!
Making third party drivers sign out deliveries is discriminatory and does not resolve stolen orders! Train your staff better instead of taking it out on people trying to support their families.
