This is really the only wingstop I like to come to. I’ve went to a few but everytime I come here, I never have to check my bag. I never worry about if something is missing. I do wish they would have a different system for doordash as far as the stickers because they’re so easy to remove and place back like normal. But other than that, the staff is amazing and I’ve never had any problems here .

Woodhaven Wingstop is the best they have great food great service very clean building
Ordered door dash. I had an entire meal and extra sides. Was only given vegetables and a brownie. Someone please check this building for lead in the water cus I know a human couldn’t be this stupid naturally.

I made an online pre-paid order for pick-up at 11:45pm, they advertise being open until 12am. I arrived to pick up my order at 11:49pm. Their lights are off and the doors are locked. You can see my order, waiting near the front. I knock and then eventually call the restaurant in case anyone is still inside. No answer. I begin to call Wingstop HR for a refund. While on the phone I see two employees walk past my order, to the front of the store. Luckily the lady in HR stayed on the phone with me, because I assumed the employees could just open the door and give me my food. I run to the doors and knock. Yelling. Knock some more. As the employees enter the every back they turn around and finally notice me. They say something I can't hear and then walk towards the back and disappear. I later see them driving out of the shopping division as I am still in front of the restaurant. All they had to do was hand me the food that I paid for. I've never felt so disrespected. I had a negative experience previously at this place and this only cemented that I'll never be back again.

It's always a sign when a store has less than 3 stars but you go " I'll give them a shot" then you see why..they checked out order before we left said everything was there. We got home....nope. and the fries were not good ( sitting around for too long and had that crinkled look) and were only warmish. So unless the owner or mgmt turn this place around skip it
