My boyfriend and I went Therefore, a double date upon my suggestion, because this was a place I used to go back in my younger days and we all wanted a flashback. As you can see by my review, my most disappointment was definitely the food. Prime was a little too well done for my taste. Not to mention the lack of me on my Philly was very disappointing. Waitress did not come around often to refill drinks I felt the employees were spending more social time most each other then their customers. After waiting over five minutes will trying to get her attention We had to go to the bar ourselves on multiple occasions were we again had to wait to even get the bartenders Attention. I get sometimes you’re busy and things get hectic. I’m a bartender and server myself. Which would’ve been completely understandable to me. Unfortunately when you hear them gossiping about the drama With their coworkers, who are on my side of the bar, I felt was Very unprofessional, as well as a turn off to us customers. As the 2 couples at the pool table next to our table was complaining themselves. Although I must add, there was a server who walked by and seemed to be running around like a chicken with her head cut off. We asked if she Could get us another round. The round came out more promptly than before, and was very surprised when she had severely apologized, The most shocking part of that was when she said she was new. It is because of her that the three star review for customer service was even given because her herself would’ve gotten five.

Was our go to place for a few months but at some point the food started lacking. Mozzarella sticks would come out undercooked. Food wasn't always hot. They charge you a Credit card fee which was fine until last night when we went in. With all of their burgers and sandwiches it's $2 extra for fries. Which you don't really get a good amount to begin with. Never the same amount each time.

The wings were awful. Coated with a hard coating, and you could tell they were pre-cooked. Never again will I get the wings. The older middle-aged man made me a great steak salad the first time I went. Why don't they have "real" wings?

I haven't tried the food yet but I will edited my review once I have. From what I saw the food look amazing. I really enjoyed the Pool table and the way the bar made me feel cozy. The waiters were on point when I ran out of drink they were on it. I personally feel like the hourly rate on the tables are high. After talking to the workers and how often they take care of their stuff I believe it's perfect. I will be coming back when I am in Grand Rapids
First time here, I was shooting my BCA leagues this night. Love the atmosphere of the place, tables are decent to play on, felt is a little rough, needs to be changed, but that is a yearly thing, no biggie. Server was great, loved her personality, the food was awesome. Had the French dip, will definitely have again, but now want to try more. Husband had the Coma burger. Huge! Also seasoned very well and he's a big burger person. You won him over for sure! Well be back, not only with leagues, but will be stopping in for food definitely. Can't wait to try more! Definitely want more spiral cut fries!

A Thursday at lunchtime...not at all crowded, but several tables of "regulars". Coffee and water arrived promptly by the bartender, kitchen gets an "excellent", however, coffee cup set empty while the waitress chatted with the "regular"....two cent tip day.
