I went through the drive-thru tonight at 9pm & was pleasantly surprised. Little did I know that my sandwich would be made with so much love! I've been ordering the same item every time I go to Arby's for years now, and it was peak tonight! Thanks for making my Turkey Bacon Ranch sandwich with so much love guys!

I love Arby's French dip. But the past couple times I went here specifically the Au Jus sauce was really thin. And they just threw the meat on some bread and wrapped it up. I feel like they dint like their jobs and don't take pride in what they do.

Tried to come and order around 12:40am and the worker yelled at us. Because we were laughing and talking in our car while waiting to order. I’ve never been treated like that by a worker, I don’t understand why she didn’t move her headset. Or why we’re not allowed as customers to talk in our car while waiting to order?
