I love Arby's French dip. But the past couple times I went here specifically the Au Jus sauce was really thin. And they just threw the meat on some bread and wrapped it up. I feel like they dint like their jobs and don't take pride in what they do.

Tried to come and order around 12:40am and the worker yelled at us. Because we were laughing and talking in our car while waiting to order. I’ve never been treated like that by a worker, I don’t understand why she didn’t move her headset. Or why we’re not allowed as customers to talk in our car while waiting to order?

Service has went way down hill at this location. Staff is very disrespectful and the food is not up to industry standards.
Crystal was amazing! She was swamped at lunch time and still took time to be courteous and kind! Give this lady a raise and a Christmas bonus already!

Worst transactions ever. If you want to be charged for food and told that they can't change it, because THEY weren't listening to me ordering, the young kid was talking and joking running his fingers through his gross hair, to the other employees...not the one actually paying his paycheck at that time. The food was hot but the jalepeno poppers I did NOT ask for but still had to pay for were disgusting and burnt. Worst atmosphere, Worst service, steer clear if you want to eat good food and have somewhat decent customer service. It's not here.
