Drive thru only accepting cash so I ordered and paid cash. They had me pull ahead to wait on curly fries. Never came out to deliver. Couldn't get inside and drive thru refused me service or refund. So I was robbed. Will never go back to any Arby's and will report issue. Would have changed my 5 star previous review to 0 if I could have.

We went up to the drive through and we said hello and a fast not kind response. We waited a few minutes and said hello. No response and then a fast he right with you. Then we waited a few minutes and said another hello because we were confused and they said BE RIGHT WITH YOU loud and rudely so we left.
Always very polite (which is rare these days) & order is always correct. Food cooked well and packaged so when I ipen a sandwich (for ex) is not a sloppy food.
Vegetarian options: Mac and cheese bites & apple turnovers are awesome.

My husband and I went through the drive thru for lunch today. We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 curly fries. One of the chicken sandwiches was hard and rubbery and completely inedible while the other was fine. The curly fries were very disappointing as well, cold and all small pieces that weren't curly. The employees didn't even acknowledge us except to take the order.

Ordered food that was improperly processed had my money stolen
Ordered a classic beef and chedder meal and was given 2 large fries, thankfully i looked in the bag before i left and got my sandwich. Unfortunately it was the wrong sandwich, so i guess you need to open everything before you leave the window.

Drive thru is terrible. Sounds like your talking to the teacher from the Peanuts. I ordered a large and got a medium. The guy working sternly said I ordered a large. Didn't ask if I wanted any sauce. No I'm eating substandard curly fries with no Arby sauce. One of the worst Arby's I have been to.
