Everything I go, you guys forget something and that's frustrating. Hey asked me to pull ahead for aome tenders and fries. And this time you forgot the cup of cheddar. Not enough for me to go back but the kid won't eat the fries without the cheddar so now these fries were a waste of money and they were cold. I'm always losing money with you guys.

The food is always hot, i have yet tp get anything that has been just sitting under a warmer for hours. Its a busy area with the expressway being right down the road. I like the decorations here, it makes the dining room more family like and inviting and cozy.
If I was a food critic, I'll make sure all these people got fired from the 44th street Arby's because they robbed us for money and 2, they didn't even take our coupons and gave us the wrong order and charged regular price for it. And if I could, I would d duckt from everyone else because of how terrible this place was.

The service at this location has gone steeply downhill in the last few weeks or so. Last time I went, my double roast beef sandwich was inedible - hardly any meat on it, and what was on it were the hard, gross shavings from the bottom of the bin. I’ve never had anything like it from Arby’s. This most recent time I went and again, my sandwich had hardly any meat on it. Some protocols are clearly not being followed. Before that, though, it was a five minute wait at the speaker to place my order, and then another 20 minute wait to get my food with just a few cars in line. I’m not sure what the staffing issue is, but hopefully the owner will see this and amend it

The classic chicken sandwich was perfect. It wasn't slathered in loads of mayo like some other fast food places.
Ordered the Beef 'n Cheddar Classic meal with crinkle cut fries and the Fried Mac & Cheese Bites. Awesome everything. Everything tasted great and fresh. Good place to stop by and not drive by.

Lately, every time we go in here, our orders come out cold, old, or missing items. The food quality has drastically changed in the past few years. They are using cheaper ingredients, giving smaller portions, and raising prices. It was almost $40 for 3 regular meals. It's not worth the price for the quality of food you get. It's a shame, this place used to be our go-to spot for a quick dinner but I just can't justify paying those prices for dollar-store quality food.

food is decent. However the past couple times I ordered through Uber Eats, it ends up getting cancelled by multiple drivers and says they were out of stock of something. I successfully ordered from here before. I began to believe the place no longer exists but there are recent reviews. So I'm not entirely sure what the problem is.
