First, I will say, the food was delicious. Loved everything that I ate. Unfortunately, the staff was not very great.
I ordered a sandwhich and could see the correct sandwhich was on their screen as I ordered. I got home and was given the incorrect sandwhich. My wife called and explained and was told to come back to get the correct one. She enters and two of the staff are waiting a a table to discuss with her how they are being nice and making the correct sandwhich and how it was my fault for ordering the sandwhich wrong. My wife asked to look at the order to confirm and they refused.
So great place as long as they get your order right, otherwise they will take no responsibility and blame you for ordering wrong instead. Quickly went from wanting to come back to never wanting to go there ever again.

I do not recommend placing or picking up a DoorDash or Uber order. There is no management atmosphere or a system in place. When you place your order the worker will call out what food was made, but not your name as if only one person orders a bagel. They do not call out the names of completed Uber or DoorDash orders so your customers food or your food will sit there for 45 minutes to an hour. They lack a system of any kind. A pick up order I will be put on the back burner even though that customer paid before a dine in or carry out order.
Please change the management style. The more orders you complete the more money the company makes. Imagine if none of your Uber or DoorDash orders canceled. Imagine having all that increased profit. Imagine doing a good job. Holy cow.

This place is the real deal. Excellent bagels! You cannot beat the quality and taste. Every other week, I purchase a bakers dozen of my favorite. I freeze them and reheat them for breakfast with whatever I feel like that morning. Not only are they delicious, it helps with morning meal planning. My top 3- Salsa Jack, Asiago Cheese, Onion

Was hoping this place would be okay. First thing the cashier not very personable and rushed me. Ordered regular coffee bagel and cream cheese. Poured hazelnut coffee from dispenser and it was cool. This was 9:30 am. I asked for fresh coffee. All she did was take my cup filled it with more cold coffee and warmed it in the back. I don't think asking for fresh coffee in the morning is such a big request. Bagel tasted a little burnt. Don't recommend this place find somewhere else to get your bagles and FRESH coffee!!!!

It was not a friendly situation from the host walking in; raspberry mocha coffee was one of the worst things I have ever tasted both drinks we asked for half of the amount normal syrup that was not followed it didn't even taste like coffee so much nasty syrup grossssa; there was no whipped cream with the drinks, just rude and loud like your presence was annoying to the host…. Pouring this out going somewhere else.
My dad dealt with the rudest cashier lady. She got my dad’s order wrong. I am his daughter and drove to speak to the cashier. She had the nastiest attitude and said i was wrong as the client. She did not want to do a refund nor fix the order. I still remained calm and nice. The last thing she said was to move out of the way because she has other clients in line and is busy. She screamed from the back it’s your dad’s fault not her for taking the order wrong. I will NEVER be going here ever again. She made you feel embarrassed in front of everyone. don’t recommend anyone to go here! They only care about taking your money and not having the client happy. If I could give no stars i would.

I got the smoked salmon bagel, it was great but a little expensive. The ladies who work there are super friendly. The hazelnut coffee is really good. Would definitely go back!
