Quality, bagels, friendly service, inviting atmosphere. I needed to pick up breakfast sandwiches for work, I was able to call ahead and they had 14 breakfast sandwiches ready to go, the experience was great.

Food was good, but the cashier seemed really annoyed at me and I absolutely hate it when restaurants charge you more than the posted price. The cashier got mad at me when I mentioned what the posted price was and just said they raised prices.

This was my first time here and it was a great experience. I was greeted with a smile as soon as I walked in, and it didn’t take long enough for them to make my order despite it being a bit busy. The bagel I got did not disappoint. I will definitely be coming back!

The El Paso breakfast sandwich was incredible. I got the caramel latte hot that was amazing by far my favorite coffee in Wyoming. The ladies running the show were super friendly and fast but seemed over worked, probably management not caring but overall experience was great

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE USA. Went to buy bagels first thing in the morning for the first time and the Asian lady taking my order was super rude, rushing me to pick my bagels and tossing the bagels in the bag from afar. I’m pretty sure she curse me in her native language just because I was taking my time…. Way to go Asian lady, you really know how to kill a business, specially if you are the owner. Will tell anyone I know to avoid your business.
Wow! This place has really gone downhill. First, the person taking my order was extremely rude from beginning to end, she made me feel as if I was an inconvenience the entire time I was there. She seemed irritated that I had a punchcard filled for a free coffee. In the end, she charged me for my coffee anyway and couldn't seem to figure out how to re-run my credit card correctly. Eventually, she opened the cash register and gave me two dollars and some change back. When I got out to my car, I realized the coffee was barely lukewarm. Also, the egg on my breakfast sandwich was very cold. I understand I was there at 1:15 PM, and they close at 2 PM… But the coffee and food should be of good quality throughout the entire time they're open. Last time I will be at this location. The other Bagel Beanery in the area are much, much better!

The bagels and service here are simply fantastic. It's always the same folks behind the counter when we go in here on Saturdays, and the bagels are some of, if not THE best I've had in the area. I consider this place hidden gem in an otherwise very boring area/city (Byron/Wyoming) for food. My girlfriend and I go here very regularly.

He Said: An average bagel with average cream cheese. If it was my only local option I'd take it, sometimes. Too much corn meal (any is too much tbf) on the bottom of an undercooked piece of bread. Not great technique and low flavor cream cheese. She Said: I think there was a boil or steam element to this bagel, but I was hung up on the light and airy interior of it. A bagel should not be light and airy. I don't do coffee, but it may be good! Potty Points: No trip to the potty for me at this establishment!
