It was simply awful. Tried food from their "new menu items" and not even edible. Soup came out cold and had to be sent back. New "Dunkers" aren't even remotely edible. Eggs not seasoned. Only good thing was Cookies n Creme Pancakes.

Went to get a peanut butter fudge milkshake (my favorite from big boy) and I was told they don’t make them anymore but they could do a Reese’s peanut butter cup milkshake and I said that was fine. The milkshake was the Reese’s pieces candy and not actually the peanut butter cups. Also the milkshake was so runny and it had way too many pieces in it and I could hardly drink it out of the straw. Disappointed to say the least. Big boy isn’t what it used to be.
The server was extremely busy. He had over 7 tables. There were 6 dirty tables. When we walked in.

This place is filthy. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The food all tasted bad. Service was mediocre and the waitress spilled coffee all over the table.

The fries tasted hours old and the milkshakes were milk with no shake (took 15 minutes minimum to get them). Brought the kids bc of a inside joke and the food was terrible. I couldn't expect anything worse with decent expectations. I'm surprised I didn't throw up because of food poisoning expected during the night. So that's a plus.

It was our 1st time at this location. We were a party of 7 and they took less than 5mins to find us seats. Our waiter Vincent was amazing. He was so polite and attentive. His coworker another older lady wasn't as nice. She was talking bad about Vincent as he was trying to accommodate larger groups to stay as close together as possible. She on the other hand just kept complaining about him taking tables and to just separate the families. That not her problem that they are so many in the groups. Vincent I truly appreciate that you kept my family as together as possible.
