Worst biggby. Was in there for 4 minutes without being greeted or acknowledged
Waited almost 60 minutes in the drive through and then got the wrong sandwich, which would have been fine because we like them all, but the sandwich we did get was cold. Our frozen drink had caramel all over the cup and lid, I wish they would have taken a few seconds to wipe it down. Sadly this is the second trip we've gotten the wrong order, so we will be going to a different location from now on.

Ethan did an amazing job in the drive through! He was VERY polite and double checked to make sure my order was perfect. I find it hard to find great customer service now day, so it was extremely refreshing to have such a great experience. I will be back again!

I ordered a simple strawberry punch mock tail and got a cup full of Red Bull I called to get my order fixed and the girl accused me of calling two days ago and said how many free ones I’m going to get from complaining I don’t even come to this location I go on wealthy and she said the person who complained two days ago she said they said the same thing. I don’t even complain that’s the thing about it. I asked to get it replaced and she hung up in my face I will NOT be back
