Ethan did an amazing job in the drive through! He was VERY polite and double checked to make sure my order was perfect. I find it hard to find great customer service now day, so it was extremely refreshing to have such a great experience. I will be back again!
I go here often to meet with people because it's a quick 6 minute walk from my house. Coffee is hit-or-miss. Service is okay. Food is good. Inside vibe needs a lot of work to make more inviting and cozy!
Parking: There's a fair bit of non-motorized presence (for Wyoming) along 28th st. The location would greatly benefit from a bike rack next to the entrance.

Sat in drive thru for 35 minutes, 1 person ahead of me... Ordering an extra hot mint mocha, got a watered down barely hot unflavored something. 5 minutes later after asking to remake it, it came luke warm. I came today to this location because the Gezon location gave me two black bears, the wrong order. Seriously, are all the locations this bad? I'm starting to wonder ? So many reviews I have left and nobody reads them,l or gets back to the customer. Time to go to Starbucks...
