I’ve visited this Biggby location a few times and usually had great service. However, during my visit today around 1:40 PM, I had a disappointing experience. Two young blonde baristas were working the counter, and while I was waiting in line behind a couple of ladies, a man walked in. One of the baristas seemed to know him personally and began taking his order ahead of me, even though I was clearly in line before him.
While his drink was being made, the other barista continued chatting with the two women in front of me as though they were friends as well, rather than keeping the line moving. I waited for a while, but eventually left without ordering because it felt dismissive and rude. I don’t mind waiting my turn, but being skipped over for friends and personal conversations is not acceptable.

this is my regular biggby! the workers are always so welcoming and friendly they all deserve raises ;) it’s very rare i have issues with my drinks and i know if i ever did they would remedy it without any issues very thankful for my reliable biggby 🫡

Who do you have working here, you i asked for a regular brew with a shot of flavor and cream, and then I had to go on a while correction tangent trying to explain what a flavor shot is when I'm not even the one that works there. Coffee is just coffee why the hell is it 4$ now for a brewed coffee that use to be 1.69 it's not even prices for the convenience. Their pouring coffee that's been burning for an hour. This is the reason I make my own coffee.

The front of this building is dark. When I rolled in around 9am, I thought they were closed and Nearly left instead of going in.

Just moved to Michigan and am so disappointed in this local chain :( the coffee I was given tasted horrible (just went with regular coffee) and the location I went to itself smelled bad and looked a bit neglected when it comes to general cleanliness. The staff were lovely though!

I usually love Biggby drinks! First time getting drinks from this location in many years, and both drinks have a moldy taste to them. Very disappointed that my drinks were not drinkable for the price they are. 😞
Overall decent but not great. The drinks were too sweet and had a fake syrup taste. Not sure if the ingredients changed or if this location uses something different but the drinks weren’t good. Coming in we weren’t greeted so as I approached the registers I spoke to the cashier and she looked at me but didn’t say anything. The turkey bragel was good and the atmosphere is nice. Would be great if coconut milk was added back as an alternative milk.

Waited 45 min in the drive thru line behind 3 cars. Absolutely ridiculous. I had to get a gift otherwise I never would’ve waited that long.

I was literally there 5 minutes ago. Ordered a chai latte and bagel with cream cheese. Order total was $11 and I gave you a tip of $10 which is nearly a 100% tip and you couldn’t put the cream cheese on the bagel like every other time? Kind of difficult to put cream cheese on something while driving.
