The subs and the service is always amazing at this location, however you can’t walk in without walking out smelling like a bonfire. The ventilation in this location definitely needs work! The ceiling is stained and it is consistently smoky. I love this place but it’s hard to stand inside for longer than a couple minutes! I feel bad for the employees who have to deal with it all day.

Ordered whole brisket sub. They said they only had enough for 1/2. I said ok make the other 1/2 #8. Got charged for 2 half subs. I asked to be charged for a whole for the more expensive of the 2. The manager actually said "No". So I was charged $8 extra for them running out of meat. Food: Excellent. Sandwich makers: Excellent. Manager: Obviously does not want return customers. Absolutely ridiculous.

This place was incredibly good. I think the fajita chicken lacked flavor, but it was well worth every cent that I paid. The service was great also. Well done. For a family owned sub shop, you knocked it out of the park. I'd prefer your sub over jersey Mike's any day. Thank you.

Ordered two subs online for pickup. One I requested to be toasted and it was not. The other one I requested extra mayo and extra onion. There was barely any of either on the sub. I also requested extra cheese, which is an extra that you pay for, and the amount of cheese was minimal. The receipt attached to my order showed all of the items correct. Some of them were even highlighted and yet they were still missed. Not a good experience.
I only had 2-3 layers of turkey on my sub and it was so thin. Not worth the almost $10 when I’m still hungry after I ate the

Lunch time is probably the best time to eat at this location..... there high school students who work there have no customer service skills suck which is understandable because they are new adults but when the employees don't wash their hands before making your food is a common etiquette that needs to be enforced. Truly enjoy their food but 3 times I've been turned away because while waiting you can clearly see when they touch other things then grab gloves to touch your food.

as I walked in, I was greeted very promptly by what seemed to be a newer employee.This young lady was very on top of it from what I witnessed. As she is asking me for my order, we were both interrupted by another Employee in glasses very rudely. She told this girl to stop making sandwiches so they can get orginized from what i understood. It’s how she said it and how she spoke to her at that time that made me want to say something. I know she was probably frustrated, but there is no reason to ever raise your voice at another employee in front of people like that.
