We had the pleasure of having Christian (Chris) as our server last night. Our son has Autism and Chris was patient and respectful- our son likes to order for himself and Chris not only listened carefully but engaged with him. Chris also checked on us several times and not just a “how’s everything” but can I get anything else, making recommendations and asking personal questions as well. Food was good too and atmosphere is active!

Dining in? No problem. Ordering take out? Watch out. They have the most incompetent people putting orders together. I understand mistakes will happen occasionally, but when its every time, something needs to change. They consistently forget sauces, sides, and only give you half the wings you ordered. Seriously, how hard is it to count to 10? I order 10 wings and get 4? I really just dont understand. That level of carelessness or incompetency would never be tolerated in any other industry. Anytime we order take out, we literally have to unpack the entire order and count out the wings to make sure they didn't absolutely blow it, which, they did. Do better 44th st bdubs.

When it comes to cutting corners, this Buffalo Wild Wings is tops. I yearn for the days when I could barely finish 18 heavily sauced wings.
Today, I had 20 wings that barely had any sauce/rub on them and could've eaten 20 more. Maybe stop filling your ranch cups half way. Two full ones cost less than 4 half full ones, I'd think.
It's a love hate relationship with BWW. Today, I hate you. Having a harder time justifying $50 for two beers and dinky, unfulfilling wings. Can't imagine I'm alone.

My fiance and I just had lunch here and the waitress “Miranda” seemed very rude. She greeted us with an attitude like she absolutely hates her job/life. Our food came out cold and we needed a refill of water. It took a good while for the waitress to even notice we needed a refill. We had to ask another waitress for a box because our original one wasn’t around doing her job. My fiance noticed that she was standing in the back doing nothing when we needed service. I’m very displeased with this location.

I go here a lot. Because I like the place. However, I get a dry rub wing every time amnd EVERY time I get a wing that has a small pinch of dry rub on it. To the point where I ask for extra every time. This time I didn’t and the wings actually had nothing on them. I used my own dressing at home. So if I’m spending $50 to get wings. It should come as ordered. This has been for over a year that I get wings that have no dry rub. Why offer it if you can’t do it??

The waitress was very helpful and sweet❤️ I had fried pickles....they didn't look done....4/10 I also had the bacon cheese patty. That wasnt amazing either:( 2/10 The mac n cheese looked dry on the top like it had been sitting for a while. But that Redbull drink?!? Thats a must have!! 100/10
Host sat us. 15 minutes, no service. Couple who was sat 10 minutes after us had their drinks, finally left.

I never write bad reviews but just wow. Our order was missing two of the 4 ranch/ BC cups and half the wings had literally zero sauce on them. Ended up paying $30 for plain chicken wings. This might be the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.

I just left from picking up our dinner for tonight and my food is hard and cold. This is the third time that I have come here and I’m not satisfied. This is the last chance of me giving them the benefit of the doubt this is unacceptable. They never Text or emailed me to tell me my food is ready. Last but not least my celery is old
