I never write bad reviews but just wow. Our order was missing two of the 4 ranch/ BC cups and half the wings had literally zero sauce on them. Ended up paying $30 for plain chicken wings. This might be the worst restaurant experience I have ever had.

I just left from picking up our dinner for tonight and my food is hard and cold. This is the third time that I have come here and I’m not satisfied. This is the last chance of me giving them the benefit of the doubt this is unacceptable. They never Text or emailed me to tell me my food is ready. Last but not least my celery is old

don’t order takeout. something always gets messed up and you’ll just lose money because you don’t get what you paid for. i have had problems every time i’ve done takeout.

Gavin is one of the most iciest bdubs employees of all he deserves a raise he helped me out with everything i needed so great! Will be back every week because of him!

Our first time going to buffalo wild wings. Our server, Tori, was very knowledgeable of the menu and so very sweet explaining everything to us. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great first time experience. 😋💙♥️

Placed an online order, arrived late and still had to wait. The food was great as always but they could have dedicated a staff person to the pickup counter instead of doing double duty as the host as well. At least during lunch rush.

My boyfriend placed an online food order for his birthday dinner. He arrived at the time he was told it would be ready, he went up to the counter and gave his name and asked if he order was ready, the guy at the counter said no. So he waited a few more minutes and tihen asked he is that bag back there my order? because at this point it was past the time we were told it would be ready. The guy at the counter said NO again. So my boyfriend waited again, a few more minutes past and the guy at the counter said is there a. ****** ******** here? (my boyfriends name) shocked! My boyfriend walks up and says that’s mine I came up and asked you twice if my order was ready! The guys says no you didn’t. But the worker who was next to him says ummm yes he did. So my boyfriend says ok just give me my order, he gets home and as I am checking the order I notice it’s WRONG!! We ordered 20 traditional wings half Parmesan garlic and half mild buffalo, a large potato wedge and and additional 6 piece Parmesan garlic and a regular fry. We ended up with 10 parm garlic and 5 buffalo and the 5 piece and the wings hardly had any sauce and because he waited 15 more minutes than what we were told all of our food was cold! And we only love 3 minutes away. We attempted to call the manager 5 or 6 times. We were on hold once for about 5 minutes then the call was disconnected and the other times we were just hung up on! For as much as people pay for food here we should get what we pay for and we should get better service!

Extremely slow service. Ordered 10 boneless wings right away with our drinks. They took 45 minutes. 15 minutes after ordering a beer, I was told they were out of it. So I ordered a different one. 15 minutes later, a beer came out, but not what I ordered. Totally flat, not the American IPA ordered. They said it was a bad keg. So I ordered a different beer. 15 minutes later… you guessed it… they didn’t have that one either. At that point, I decided to stick with water.
I don’t expect superb service when I go to BWW, but this was so far below my expectations.
We go out to eat to relax with a beer and food. This was not enjoyable at all.

Our server Chloe is AMAZING. Super sweet and super attentive Kept waters full, table cleared, and made sure we had everything we needed. Chloe deserves a raise. We will be asking for her every time we come in!
