It would be zero stars if I could, there was absolutely no one in the drive thru and I still waited almost 10 minutes for an order of Cini Minis and coffee. After all that the minis were raw and my coffee tastes like flavored water! The worst breakfast EVER :'( I will NOT be going back!!!!!

My experience at Burger King wasn’t the best, to say the least. I was in the drive-through and waited quite a while, but I stayed patient and waited my turn. When it was time to order, I made a small mistake and tried to correct it, not realizing that one mistake would affect my entire order. Unfortunately, my order was missing two fries, and the drinks were incorrect and flat.

Normally, I would have gone back to fix the issue, but the drive-through was extremely crowded, and it seemed like many other customers were also having problems. I understand that the staff was backed up and under pressure, which can happen, but with such a long wait, I expected the order to be more accurate.

Overall, while the experience was frustrating, I recognize that busy days can be challenging for any fast-food restaurant. I hope in the future there will be more positive energy, better communication, and improved accuracy with orders.

This is the worst place imaginable the manager hopped on and started chewing us out told us if we didnt like it we could go to mcdonalds super rude my father had simply said aw man your always out of something because the cashier was rude and didn't know what cheesy tots were and was being rude about being out of DIET COKE worst place ever and manager deserves to be fired

Rush Bash

Paid $30+ for an order on the app. When we got there, they didnt have enough supplies to make even half of my order so I told them to cancle it. This was last week and they have yet to send me my refund. They're unreachable over the phone and when looking for assistance through the app, they blocked me!

Went to burger King on 28th street in wyoming michigan. Always liked their food.but this time the place was filthy and the burger was old ,cold and nasty, it will be a long time if ever I go there again. Worst burger ever.

Absolutely awful we ordered a sushi and waited in line for 35 minutes then once we got up to the windows they said that thier slushi machine was not fully frozen. A waste of time and didn't apologize or give us any coupons. This place was very disorganized and 14 cars left.

will definitely say, customer service can be improved. although I received my order fairly quickly from ordering through the kiosk inside.. nobody greeted me or anything. some time after, a couple walked in ready to order. 3 different employees saw them and not one of them acknowledged them standing there. no one said hi, no one took their order, instead they turned their backs and went on with whatever they were doing. I do understand rush time, but you can at least say hi to standing customers.

This is my favorite location. But today was not good. I ordered 3 double cheeseburgers 2 fries and 1 onion ring. I received 2 cheeseburgers 3 large fries and 1 onion ring. Went in to get the 3rd sandwich. All was fine. Got home food was cold and all sandwiches were regular cheeseburgers not double cheeseburgers. So check all your food before you leave.
