Management is rude and can't count. Ordered 8 hamburgers and received 5. Shady place. Don't bother going there. We definitely don't need this restaurant in our town. Makes for a bad impression. Please close this store down. They don't deserve to be in business in our town.

To start this less than enjoyable experience. My order was taken by automated AI which is so sad. That is just showing how lazy our society is getting that so many people need jobs yet this company has made the decision to replace pry hundreds of jobs with AI. Get to the window and the lady there is brass and has a distasteful attitude. She has me my drink card back and receipt. The receipt has nothing but my total on it so I have no idea if my order was rang in correctly. She then opens the window again starting to ask me to pull around the other side since they are waiting for fries. The guy on fries yells at her to wait and keep me there, she pauses chooses to ignore him and tells me to go ahead and pull around. The issue being I didnt have a passenger to recieve the food from the other window. So instead I pulled backward through the parking lot and waited against the curb. No common sense in that request. Got back home and my husband burger was not made correctly. I asked for no tomato extra onion it was made with tomato and normal onion.

If I could give Checkers at 1325 28th St in Wyoming MI a tripple 0 I would... this place has the worst customer service that I've ever experienced, they have no business being in a customer service position... The lady at the window will cause this location to close, because Customer service will make or break a company 😩

This place is not too bad! I was very surprised with the quality of the food and I would visit this location again. The banana shake was especially good. They had a nice mix of the syrup to vanilla shake ratio.
