The food is just average. The service in bare minimum. The server dropped my water, I ordered bottle, but they didn't have. Then I never saw him again until I paid my bill. The restaurant was not clean as a fiod service place should be. And I asked the owner a question and she couldn't understand and lost patience and walked away from me. You might have been busy, but it wont be with my business. Get ahold of yourself.

This was my first time, visiting the buffet, and I was blown away by how the food tasted better than the ones in Kalamazoo. I was shocked to see that they had Mexican food options, So I immediately grabbed a tortilla and started putting meat, cheese, lettuce, and eggs to make a delicious taco. I will definitely return to this location with my parents again. 👍🏼👍🏼

Food was ok ish. For $20+ for 1 person with drink should be way better. Waiter was amazing. Bathrooms was absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper balls stuck to walls and ceiling. Stall doors where black as you could tell they haven't been cleaned in a long time. Needs maintenance work on toilets. Probably 3 tubes of caulk on em. Along with the sinks.

Food was great except for the shrimp. Every single piece of shrimp, from the regular size to the huge ones, were hard to peel and mushy inside (cooked too long or sat out too long or something). I was sad because I love those big shrimp very much. Couldn't eat them. The rest of the food was delicious and our waitress was exceptional. She really did a great job, hustled to take care of all of the tables and we enjoyed her personality and sense of humor.

At first I was so thrilled because the food was amazing. But, when we checked out they charged us $10 more than what we were supposed to be charged. They never told us why. when we inquired they said that "someone at the table next to us said that we had put food in our purse." Neither my daughter nor I had a purse or a bag and we certainly wouldn't take any food away from a buffet. It was completely unfounded. We let them check our person in front of everyone. It was extraordinarily embarrassing. Funny thing is, when they realized their mistake, they handed us cash as if we had already paid and were being refunded. I told them we hadn't paid yet... um... because that's the kind of people we are. I even gave them a substantial tip even though it was probably one of the worst experiences of my life. Since then I've heard that they have done this to others. Seems like an unethical scam of some sort. No, we will NEVER eat there again. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

Many, many choices. Sushi bar had many selections, but all seemed to be less than fresh. Chinese food all looked pretty good, and what I selected was right on target. Did not try the Mexican food selection. Soft-serve ice cream was also right on target.
We have been there several times, the bad experience that we had is that we finished eating and already payed, we also add tip to the waitress and on our way out we went the grab and ice cream and headed to the car, we always do that but this time the lady wanted to change us the Ice cream if we were taking it to eat at the car, so we went back and put the ice cream in the fridge and decided to never go back, that day we were algo being rushed for the waitress with the bill while we were eating.

Service was beyond excellent. The food is good, much more selection if you like spicey. The biggest fault I see, and an easy fix, Crab. They always have several types of crab to choose from, but, they do not have the crab cracking pliers. Buy, that's all I can complain about. Huge selection, great service, and price on par.
