Not great, I love supporting our local business. But the new owners must have bought this for their daughters. Went there tonight to get a sundae and there was at least 5 younger girls in there, they made my large sundae in basically what I would have considered to be a kiddy bowl. Maybe you ran out of large cups, but you at least should have told me that. But I did see large cups in a stack inside the window. But when I look at the girl who gave it to me she just kinda laughed when I said are you serious. I didn’t even get one bite out of it before it all ran down my hand and arm. You won’t last long with this kinda service.

We love supporting our local places. Saw a post for here on Nextdoor and wanted to check it out as we only moved to Grandville a year ago. We had their shakes there first time and I loved that they offered a mint shake. Shakes took a while to get. Wanted to give them another shot so we tried again. There was only one person in front of us. They options are very select, especially when trying to compete with other ice cream stands in the area, it took them a VERY long time to make anything we ordered (and I had just gotten a double scoop waffle cone), and the staff was not friendly at all and barely said anything to us (not even a "hi" when we walked up to the window to order). We definitely won't be returning.

We got ice cream there a couple weeks ago, and despite the governor's masking requirements that they're still following, the staff, albeit a bit short, was friendly, personable. Thier prices, in my opinion, were debatable, but that was not the deciding factor in which to recommend them to others.
Debbies IceCream "was"Great!!! It has been sold. however?!And To the disappointment of our locals,They are alittle less then generous with thier portions.I ordered a med choco soft serve,and it was the portion of a baby cone compared to when Debbie's owned it! I'll try again sometime in the near future in hopes that things have changed but if not,I wll no longer be one of that establishments regulars or customer at all.Get it together new ownership or you will lose the suppirt of your own neighbors because we are use to what we know.Ps: I paid 9.00 for 3Med icecreams that day.But didnt even get a 3.00 cone!!???????
