Dime A Dozen bakery

I ordered three dozen rodeo-themed decorated sugar cookies for my baby shower and overall, had a very negative experience. Initially, communication with ordering and paying was very unclear, but it was our experience actually getting the cookies that will keep me from ever placing another order. We ended up being asked to pick up the cookies a day early (about an hour round trip, as opposed to the day before the party) and rearranged our party prep schedule to do so. My husband picked up the order and we were only given two dozen cookies, despite ordering and paying for three dozen. Once my husband left the seller’s house, the seller messaged me asking to leave a Facebook review, which makes it seem like they perhaps knew they had shorted us and were trying to get away with it. On top of that, roughly a third of the cookies we DID receive were smudged beyond recognition, including cookies that had my son’s name on them, which we were announcing to our family at the baby shower. Our family used to own a bakery so maybe the seller is unaware that when you freeze individually bagged cookies, they will produce excess moisture as they thaw, causing royal icing to get wet and smear. There were also a few cookies that were broken. We understand that this happens, but with only receiving part of our order and the majority of the others being smudged, it left us with very few “good” cookies to serve at our party. Despite not having the third dozen cookies even ready, the seller blamed us for missing them and then asked that we come back to her house a second time to pick them up. We weren’t offered an apology, any sort of discount or refund for the inconvenience of having to come back to their house on another day or for having missing/damaged cookies. We had reworked our schedule to pick up the cookies early, so we weren’t able to accommodate going to their house a second time the next day, so we ended up being charged for three dozen cookies and only displaying about 14 of them.

Custom design cookies they turned out so beautiful, soft and fresh. The design was beautiful for my wedding highly come recommend it.

Phenomenal my wedding dessert turned out amazing. I was blown away with the design. She is awesome! I went to a cheap bakery, the first time and they cookie did not look nothing like Dime A Dozen Bakery Just outstanding work!

Her cookies taste amazing!! Along with the cake pop we did troll theme for my daughters birthday! They looked sooo good and tasted amazing !!I will be ordering from her again!! She is also the sweetest lady ever!

This girl is awesome! Last minute request for cupcakes the next day. She rocked it and had them ready that same evening! And they are SO good! Quality, service, price. I'm putting in a standing order for twice a month. They're that good.

The chocolate cake pop arrived in perfect condition a big hit for a party the tiny bears was a hit at the party nicely wrapped in the visual wrap neatly very professional any questions you have they will talk you through it. Step-by-step communication was quick and easy for my order. Five stars my go to bakery.
