Very disappointed. Clarified my order several times and still got the wrong thing for $15 that was overly salty and gross. Won’t be coming back.

Very clean restaurant! The staff is so kind. I asked my order not be made spicy and it was done perfectly. The dish I ordered does have peanuts without listing, but it was delicious. Simple flavors, not noticeable oily. One of the healthiest dishes I've had at a restaurant in a long time. There appear to be several vegetarian options, but I forgot to request no fish sauce. Luckily, it was given on the side. The portions are small for the price. The restaurant was quite empty when we went. With a few close-by competitors at much better portion per price, I can't help but wonder if that is why. I enjoyed it and for me, I eat small portions, so I didn't have to take leftovers. The water is not good.Vegetarian options: Veg Lo Mein uses egg noodles, Bun Tofu is vegan if you ask for no fish sauce on the side, there is tofu or veg pho, but you may want to inquire about the broth, veg fried rice (ask about fish sauce and egg to be safe)

The water don’t taste good. The pho is really small for the price. Not a lot of noodle. I have seafood pho. There is 3 shrimp 1 scallops and 2 squid. That’s it.The pho restaurant around here would have better options.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at a Vietnamese restaurant and I must say, the pho was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with the warm and inviting aroma of the broth simmering on the stove. Friendly staff! But let's talk about the pho. The broth was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of spices and herbs. The noodles were perfectly cooked and the meat was tender and juicy. The dish was served with a generous amount of fresh herbs and bean sprouts, which added a refreshing crunch to each bite. What really set this pho apart from others I've had was the attention to detail. The broth was not too salty or greasy, and the meat was of high quality. The restaurant also offered a variety of condiments, including hoisin sauce and sriracha, which allowed me to customize the flavor to my liking.Overall, I highly recommend this Vietnamese restaurant for their amazing pho. It's clear that the chefs take pride in their craft and are dedicated to providing a truly authentic dining experience. I can't wait to go back and try more of their delicious dishes!

The food was just okay, nothing great. They do not give you silverware or napkins with your take out orders. And not 1 person on the staff was friendly or had a smile.

Was just in there. Heat is not on, and 6 tables of people all had their coats on. 4 tables had not been bussed in 15 minutes, and no one took our order. The table before us had no food either, so after 20 minutes of no service and a cold, dirty restaurant, we left. Never going back.

In my opinion, Golden 28 has the best tasting Pho broth I've ever had. I have had Pho at several different restaurants around Michigan and some and other States. No one has beaten Golden 28 for broth. While I may like specific things about other restaurants, Goolden 28 is my go-to, number one place for Pho. My usual order is Pho Tai, Ga (rare steak and chicken). I always order fresh spring rolls with fish sauce for dipping and they've always been expertly prepared. I have never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend checking them out. The owners have always been very friendly and kind. This has been a go-to place for work lunches as well as family dinners. I have tried other dishes at their recommendation, probably because after 24 or so visits of nothing but Pho they wanted me to expand my dinner options. The rice plates, fried rice noodle bowls, like Singapore rice noodles with chicken, have always been delicious.Features: Patrons are allowed to self-distance at their desire. The seating is not marked off. All staff are wearing masks. Seating is well cleaned between visiting guests.

Fresh, Authentic, and tons of flavor, Kung Pao Chicken, Lemongrass chicken & chicken Pho is what we tried and our Tastebuds having been doing a happy dance all day... We now have a favorite place in Grand Rapids, MI Great service-Great food- from an unexpected dive looking, hole in the Wall, with little to no Street appeal... I would rate this a Dive with Great food
